Овој труд има за цел да даде осврт на почетоците и достигнувањата на Клаузевиц и на планот на воената вештина и од филозофски аспект.Накратко ќе биде презентиран неговиот живот и делата, коишто зад себе ги остави овој голем тео- ретичар и филозоф, кој беше еден од најдобрите во тоа време, но исто така и мошне критизиран и оспоруван. За време на неговиот живот ниту едно негово дело не е публи- кувано, освен мал број трудови кои останале под превезот на анонимноста. Неговите најзначајни дела биле оставени во ракопис за жена му, со надеж дека по неговата смрт таа ќе најде начини да ги публикува. Неговиот живот, како и животот на повеќето теоретичари кои пишувале за војната, може да се подели на два дела-период на актив- ност и прибирање на податоци и период на размислување и сумирање на забележаното и проученото. EU enlargement will depend on many factors and challenges that will determine not only the pace of this process but also will carry alongside the settlement of many open problems in various forms, between Western Balkan countries and member states of EU. The purpose of this text is to provide a better approach, as the enlargement process, especially with the Western Balkan countries, not forgetting Turkey, as one of the most powerful and influencing country not only in the Balkan Peninsula, but also in the Middle East and beyond. The basic functioning of institutions in a country depends on the forms of governance. This is defined on the Constitution of the respective state as the highest legal act.
