The present study aimed at exploring how motivation helped organizations promote employees' extra-role behaviour in the presence of workplace bullying. Data was collected from 271 (confirmed as 248) branch banking workers from numerous Pakistani banks. Social media and structured Google Forms utilize data using sampling methods (such as snowballs). The findings discovered that motivation has positive impacts on OCB, and also illuminate workplace bullying mediating consequences on staff motivation and OCB in Pakistan's banking sector. The study's recommendations can improve employee motivation and OCB by making banks more supportive.

Image encryption techniques created on chaos have frequently been used to meet such requirements as a way to protect the privacy of images. These algorithms, however, have a limited key-space, a high computational overhead, and lower resistance to differential attacks. This paper introduces a novel nonlinear dynamical system-based image encryption technique depending on substitutions and permutations that used a single AES s-box to address such problems. Through comprehensive testing against the most advanced encryption method using various metrics and benchmarks, we were able to confirm the success of the proposed image encryption technique. The obtained results presented that suggested technique performs well against plain-text attacks and is more robust to the reliable statistical and differential attacks. Moreover, the presented algorithm shows extremely strong sensitivity to plain text attack, where even less changes to the plain-text image or the encryption key could totally change encrypted image.

However, a creative advertisement would make it possible to sell products/services. Many researchers scrutinize the effects of different ad-creativity on customer buying behavior from altered outlooks. However, the purpose of this inquiry is to appreciate the ad-creativity and purchase intention, though, brand awareness and flow-information interaction and its effect on purchase intention. A survey has conducted on airline consumers by convenience sampling method. Specifically, by using a selfadministered survey, we collected data from 512 clients and analyze them using CFA. Empirical results show purchase intention predict by ad creativity, moreover, flow experience & brand awareness partially mediate the association between ad creativity & buyer purchasing. With the dynamic considerable thought in this area, this research explores relationships via creativity antecedents & purchase intentions, and also includes flow (Ad) experience & awareness of the brand as mediators.

Pithy accounts of organizational theories are delineated regarding how paradoxical pillars of faiths towards all institutions disoriented the entire organizational domains and perspectives and bestow the discourse with three Centrum themes. Scholars spared no effort to expound on the introduction of the Fibonacci family and its inexplicable effects in the patterns of nature, music, architecture, and painting even in the human body. This pedagogical attempt proffers matchless currency by enunciating the expression of golden Fibonacci numbers; golden Fibonacci recursive formula as a metaphorical delineation to modernism, symbolic and post-modernist organizational theories. The golden rectangle comparison to perceptions of four research paradigms; the golden Fibonacci ratio concerning fathoming the ontological and epistemological paradigms; the golden angle exemplification to decipher the reflective organizations; and the golden spiral allegorical attempt at reflective organizations is the eminent pronouncement of this paper. Prestigious contemporary constituent; corporate aesthetic reviews engrossed the contemplation of organizational scientists during the last decade. In this research, we ventured to comprehend corporate aesthetic capital over instrumental capital with the supremacy of organizational "crisis of representation".

Questionnaire survey was sent to the individual at the construction site for data collection. The sample comprises 194 full-time employees. After initial data normality & reliability testing, we conducted confirmatory factor analysis to assess validity of measures with AMOS. The results of our empirical study show that when faced with psychological contracts breaches, and injustice in the workplace, employees are less likely to trust supervisor and most likely to engage in neglecting behaviors. In view of these results, it was suggested that construction supervisors plan policies and strategies to facilitate implementation of an appropriate environment. It will also provide positive culture; where-ever employees more frequently execute behavior in the low breach of psychological contract with the justice environment.

The study was carried out in software industry of KPK, Pakistan. Data was gathered from 337 operational level executive (i.e. executive, assistant manager, manager) through randomly selected sampling method. Numerous statistical techniques (correlation, regression) had been used to deduct the results. Results indicate that individual psychological contract breach significantly predicts organizational citizenship behavior at individual level and with trust in supervisor and fully mediates the indirect relationship between individual psychological contract breach and organizational citizenship behavior at individual level. This research also provides the empirical evidence regarding significance of individual psychological contract grounded on social exchange and affective events t...
