This paper consider a platform for logistics business processes. Details of the complex formulation of the problem of creating an optimal platform and methods of problem solving to create a platform. In this paper, the authors propose an integrated platform that should lead the process of forming a business process and its automation system at the same time, since the connection between business processes and its automation systems is cross-over. At automation of specialized business processes it is necessary to correct so that they (ie business operations) were adapted to automation. Therefore, we proceed from business processes, which systems are needed and based on the adopted strategy of solving logistics tasks and their automation, to determine the parameters of the platforms, while choosing a reasonable option for completing the logic and procedures for solving the problems of logistical processes for creating the required platform for logistics. So we will choose the golden m...

: It has been hypothesized that the shift in gut microbiota composition, known as gut microbe dysbiosis, may be correlated with the onset of Alzheimer's disease (AD), which is the most common cause of dementia characterized by a gradual deterioration in cognitive function associated with the development of amyloid-beta (Aβ) plaques. The gut microbiota dysbiosis induces the release of significant amounts of amyloids, lipopolysaccharides, and neurotoxins, which might play a role in modulating signaling pathways and immune activation, leading to the production of proinflammatory cytokines related to the pathogenesis of AD. The dysbiosis of gut microbe is associated with various diseases such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and some neuropsychiatric disorders like depression, anxiety, and stress. It is conceivable that these diseases trigger the onset of AD. Thus, modifying the gut microbiota composition with probiotic and prebiotic supplementation can reduce depression and anxiety symptoms, lower stress reactivity, and improve memory. This narrative review aimed to examine the possible role of gut microbe dysbiosis in AD's pathogenesis.

Aim: This study aimed to contribute to the productivity improvement of the local chickens by enhancing their egg production traits using a crossbreeding program between Alexandria (local strain) and Lohmann White (commercial strain). Materials and Methods: One thousand two-hundred and eighty-five 4-week-old chicks from two strains: Alexandria local strain (AA) and Lohmann White commercial strain (LL) and their reciprocal crosses obtained from 16 males and 160 females, were used to produce four genetic groups (AA, LL, AL, and LA). Differences among genotypes, direct additive, heterosis, and reciprocal effects were investigated regarding the following traits: Body weight at 4 and 8 weeks and at the age of sexual maturity, age at sexual maturity, egg production, average egg weight, and egg mass during the first 90 days of laying. Results: Statistically significant effects of the genotypes were observed on traits studied. Analysis of direct additive effects showed that AA was superior a...

A 4x4 complete diallel cross was carried out involving four Egyptian local breeds of chickens: Alexandria (AA), Fayoumi (FF), Matrouh (MM) and Golden Montazah (GG). Data on body weight (BW) and body weight gain (BWG) at 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age were analyzed using complete diallel analysis. Heterosis estimates indicated that crossing between Fayoumi males and Matrouh females at earlier ages as well as between Matrouh males and Golden Montazah females at later age gave the highest heterotic effects for BW and BWG. General combining ability effects showed that additive genetic variance was important in determining BW and BWG and indicated superiority of AA breed in these traits. This breed therefore may be used as one of the parents if its improvement is sought through crossbreeding. The contribu-tion from specific combining ability was significant for BW and BWG during all ages. Reciprocal recurrent selection would be advantageous to exploit non-additive gene effects to produce comm...

Biochemical and molecular variations were investigated in three rabbit genotypes namely Alexandria, V-line and Baladi Black in order to find molecular genetic markers which can differentiate between studied animals. This study was conducted during the production period of 2012-2013. The variations in some plasma biochemical parameters may be due to the genetic variations, which play an important part in the productive traits. Plasma total protein, albumin and albumin/globulin ratio were significantly (P<0.05) different among the studied rabbit genotypes. Electrophoretic analyses of plasma protein fractions and two isozymes, i.e., esterase and acid phosphatase were analyzed using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) technique. Protein fingerprinting of all three rabbit genotypes is devoid of qualitative variation. Fifteen protein bands are diagnostic to Alexandria, while 13 bands are detected for V-line as well as Baladi Black breed. The result of esterase indicated that band...

Study the effect of line, season and their interaction is very important in rabbits breeding. The productive performance of Alexandria and V lines was studied in tropical climate of Egypt. All rabbits used were normal and healthy. Data from 240litters were studied during autumn and spring seasons. The significant differences between the two lines can be summarized in litter weight at weaning and slaughter age which was significantly higher in Alexandria than in V-line. Also, the mortality rate was significantly higher in V-line than in Alexandria. Raising rabbits during spring season (March-May) is better than autumn (September-November) in terms of both productive and reproductive efficiency. The results of productive traits at weaning age in the present study indicated an excellent caring of Alexandria and V lines rabbits.

In total, 864 fertile eggs from Hubbard breeder hens were obtained from a commercial hatchery and were randomly distributed in a factorial arrangement of 3*3, factorial design with three levels of L-Arginine (L-Arg) (0%, 1% and 2%) and three levels of fresh Royal Jelly (RJ) (0%, 10% and 20%), in nine treatments containing (96 eggs each). Results showed that in ovo injection with 1, 2% L-Arg, or 10% RJ improved hatchability by 6.25, 7.29 and 8.33%, respectively, compared with those of non-injected treatment. Whereas, injection of 20% RJ insignificantly decreased hatchability percentage compared with non-injected group. The in ovo injection of eggs with 1, 2% L-Arg, or 10 and 20% RJ improved chicks’ weight at hatch by 2.34, 1.63, 1.65 and 3.91%, respectively compared with those of non-injected group. Also, injection of eggs by 1, 2% L-Arg or 10 and 20% RJ produced chicks have higher relative intestine weight by 0.3, 1.34, 0.64 and 0.16%, respectively over those of non-injected group. ...

The study aims to evaluate genetically milk production of a synthetic maternal line of rabbits (V line) and semen quality of bucks. A total of 77, 70 and 70 does were used to estimate milk yield from kindling up to weaning for more than 4 parities. Twenty males of rabbits at 63 days of age were selected random and blood samples were collected to determine serum follicle-stimulating (FSH), luteinizing (LH) and testosterone hormones at the ages of 63 days and 5 and 6 months. Milk yield were 113.06, 172.87 and 211.76 g at 7 th , 14 th and 21 st days of age after parturition, respectively. It is noticeable that the effect of the month had no significant effect on milk yield at 7 th and 21 th days of lactation period, while it was affected significantly at 14 th days, and the month of December was the highest rate of milk yield in the months of the productive year. The effect of parity number more than 4 th on milk yield was increased significantly with the advancement and decreased for ...
