    This study aims to determine and understand the criteria of fῑ sabῑlillāh as zakat mustahik at the National Amil Zakat Institution (Laznas) of Centre of Wahdah Islamiyah. The study use a qualitative type of field research using a normative approach. The research results found are as follows; (1) Fῑ Sabῑlillāh is one of the eight groups who are entitled to receive zakat. The definition of fῑ sabῑlillāh itself is a deed that leads to the pleasure of Allah swt. and His heaven, especially jihad to elevate the sentence of monotheism. At present, there are more categories of fῑ sabῑlillāh, such as the construction of mosques, hospitals, schools, orphanages, orphans and other da'wah facilities.     The research in this thesis aims to find out the opinions of fiqh scholars about the types of blood that women are accustomed to and the category of blood that comes out due to moral pregnancy. This type of qualitative descriptive research, which refers to library research, using normative, comparative, and phenomenological approaches. The research results found are as follows; First, according to the fiqh scholars, there are three types of habituated blood, namely: 1) menstrual blood that comes out of the womb of a woman who is 9 years old or less than 16 days old when she is healthy and without cause, which comes out at a certain time; 2) puerperal blood that comes out of the uterus due to birth, after or before which is accompanied by pain; 3) istihadhah blood that comes out of the surface of the uterus in addition to the periods of menstruation and childbirth, which comes out continuously without stopping at all or stopping for a while like a day or two in a month. This research uses descriptive qualitative research which focuses on library research using normative juridical and phenomenology approaches.     This study aims to determine the legal implications of marriage in the case of Rajul Mafqūd. This research uses descriptive qualitative research (non-statistical), which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts or library research, using normative and sociological approaches. The results of the study show as follows, 1) The marital status of the wife when the husband is mafqūd according to the jumhur ulama' the wife may not remarry until she waits for four years and is still husband and wife.     This study aims to determine the differences between the Shafii and Hanbali schools in the prayer movement and its foundations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a comparative study technique. The results showed that: (1) the differences between the Shafii and Hambali schools in the movement of prayer were the limit of raising the hand during takbiratul ihram, the state of the fingers when lifting, the position of the right hand on top of the left hand when holding hands, raising the hand when standing from tasyahud for the third rak'ah, the position of the hands after standing from bowing, and the law of sitting and resting before giving, how to raise the index finger when pointing, and how to hold hands when tasyahud; (2) the difference between the Shafii and Hambali schools in the prayer movement is caused by differences in taking, understanding, compromising and tarjih hadith.

    The purpose of the implementation of this KKN is to empower, foster, and increase the capacity of the local community. The method of implementing the KKN program begins by observing the condition of the community using SOAR analysis which then produces several programs including: (1) Seminar Al-Qur’an; (2) Tahfiz Harian; (3) Pengajaran Al-Qur’an Metode Dirosa; (4) Taklim Fikih Muslimah, dan (5) Poster Dakwah. All these programs are running well and smoothly, this is characterized by the continued program of coaching and teaching of the Qur'an even though the KKN has ended. As a result, there appears to be a change in the attitudes and behavior of more religious people, and the ability to read the Qur'an is getting better.

    The title of this research is “Mahārat al-Kalām learning method in improving beginner student speaking proficiency”. This journal concludes two problem statements, namely 1) What is the importance of Mahārat al-Kalām Learning? 2) How is the process of Mahārat al-Kalām at the beginner level? The study of al Kalām has been very critical at the present day since Arabic Language taught in many schools and universities, but most of the students are unable to speak properly. Therefore, it is necessary for the teacher or lecturer to concern with the accurate method and technique within the learning process. Method applied in this research is descriptive analysis by literature review on the books of prominent scholars in Arabic Language.     This study aimed to review and analyze appropriate sanction for murderer suffering from bipolar disorder based on the perspective of Islamic law. This research was qualitative descriptive research with library research methods and approaches such as: (1) normative theology (syar'i); (2) historical; and (3) religious psychology. The results showed that murder is an illegal act in Islam so that the culprit is punished severely. Murder committed by people with bipolar disorder according to the perspective of Islamic law is sanctioned qiṣāṣ if the act of murder is carried out when the perpetrator is in normal circumstances, but if the act of murder occurs when bipolar disorder relapses on the perpetrator, then the sanction is a full right on the part of the victim's family to still ask for a fine (diat).
