L’articolo propone una riflessione sul rapporto tra la formazione, concepita secondo l’approccio della scuola psicosocioanalitica italiana, e alcuni sviluppi recenti della psicoanalisi. Dopo aver identificato nel paradigma delle terzieta un terreno comune alle due discipline, l’autore si sofferma sui costrutti fondamentali di derivazione psicoanalitica che per decenni hanno costituito una sorta di "cassetta degli attrezzi" per i formatori a orientamento psicosocioanalitico. La tesi sostenuta nell’articolo e che la forte scossa che i post-bioniani hanno dato alla concezione dell’inconscio apra, per chi si occupa di formazione nelle organizzazioni, dei territori fecondi sia per inquadrare la propria pratica sia per raffinare la propria tecnica di lavoro. Il costrutto di campo analitico e quello di spettro dell’onirico, in particolare, forniscono al formatore psicosocioanalista una lente di ingrandimento per lavorare in maniera piu fine e precisa sull’emergente. Viene inoltre mostrato come nel pensiero di Pagliarani vi siano diverse intuizioni che possono essere interpretate come anticipazioni di linee di ricerca attuali

AbstractThere is great concern displayed in the more recent organisational studies regarding the impacts the new digital culture is having on the social and organisational realms of society. What do we mean exactly when we talk about the 2.0 reality? What is the real impact of change within organisations and the corporate culture? What are the most significant differences in how people relate in today's groups and organisations? When we began, back in 2007, to observe the so called phenomenon of the leaderless organisations, we tried to find some possible answers to these very questions. L’articolo si propone di fornire alcune linee di pensiero che possano cogliere una specificita della psicosocioanalisi nell’interpretare i processi di apprendimento. L’apprendere dall’esperienza e un processo ricorsivo che si costruisce attraverso un procedere- ritornando. Tale doppio movimento e rappresentabile in prima battuta dalla figura "dialettica" della spirale; tale figura tuttavia risulta riduttiva se si vuole cogliere il carattere "molteplice" e complesso delle diverse storie di apprendimento. Porre l’attenzione sul movimento del ritornare implica il confrontarsi con il paradigma della riflessivita, a partire dai recenti sviluppi delle ricerche sulla riflessivita, l’articolo cerca di mettere in luce quali siano le caratteristiche di una riflessivita psicosocioanalitica, che tenga conto anche delle dimensioni inconscie e "carsiche" del processo di apprendimento. Le nozioni di campo analitico e di pensiero onirico della veglia offrono piste di ricerca per pensare all’apprendimento come a un lavoro continuo di trasformazione tra emozioni, pensieri ed azioni.

The article proposes a reflection on the relationship between training, designed according to the approach of the italian Psycho-socioanalytic school, and some recent developments of psychoanalysis. After having identified in the paradigm of the third-party a common ground to the two disciplines, the author focuses on the basic constructs that for decades constituted a toolbox for trainers with a psychosocioanalytic orientation. The argument sustained is that the strong quake given by the post-Bionians to the conception of the unconscious opens fruitful territories to anyone involved in the training in the organization, both to contextualize their practice and to refine their working technique. The construct of analytic field and specially the dreamlike spectrum one provide the psychosocioanalyst trainer a magnifying glass that allows to work in a more fine and precise way on the emerging.
