La giornata di studi è dedicata al mondo dei Farnese e alla possibilità di costituire un aggregat... more La giornata di studi è dedicata al mondo dei Farnese e alla possibilità di costituire un aggregatore scientifico capace di valorizzarne le molteplici implicazioni storico-culturali in una prospettiva integrata a livello locale, nazionale e internazionale. Il progetto, che vede già coinvolti importanti centri di conservazione e ricerca italiani e europei (archivi, biblioteche, poli museali, soprintendenze, università) intende coinvolgere anche scuole, amministrazioni e istituti di ricerca attivi sul territorio. L'incontro si propone di presentare alla cittadinanza e alla comunità scientifica un progetto promosso dall’Università della Tuscia che prevede
- l’allestimento del database open access EF Enciclopedia Farnesiana pensato per strutturare in un unico contenitore digitale espandibile e implementabile nel tempo la raccolta dei dati relativi a tutte le componenti del mondo farnesiano (persone, luoghi, domini, carteggi, opere d’arte e relative committenze, cerimonie e spettacoli, scritture esposte, bibliografia ecc.); - la pubblicazione della collana editoriale Biblioteca Farnesiana, destinata a raccogliere i risultati dell’attività di ricerca in due serie parallele di Studi e Testi che verranno diffuse in formato cartaceo tradizionale e digitale open access scaricabile dal database EF; - l’avvio di un processo capillare di diffusione dei risultati della ricerca sul territorio che parte dall’interazione diretta fra università e scuola in un’ottica di condivisione del percorso formativo degli studenti; si inizia quest’anno col PCTO Tuscia Farnesiana che coinvolge varie classi degli Istituti "Buratti" e "Orioli" di Viterbo e "Meucci" di Ronciglione-Bassano Romano.
