The emphasis on STEM education has gained the attention of activists to promote gender equality in field education in the last few years. The current research paper's objectives are: why is it necessary to address gender inequalities in STEM education in Pakistan? The second objective of the research is to highlight the obstacles that restrict women’s access to STEM education in Pakistan. This research is qualitative in nature and based on the interviews of students enrolled in the faculty of humanities at the BS level at AIOU. Research gives policymakers directions on how to increase women’s enrollment in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

women but Khula is rarely practiced due to cultural reasons that’s why many women resorts to delegated right of
divorce to end abusive marriage. This paper aims to address issues related to Khula practice in Pakistan and
misogynist mindset of Pakistani society. This paper will address misogynist religious interpretation of Khula right
by the clerics who issues anti-women fatwa against Khula right which is granted to women by the religion itself.

In recent years, women rights advocates are working to bring gender equality in the field education and the importance of STEM education is emphasized around the world. Gendered aspect of science and technology (S&T) is becoming a more significant concern across the globe. Statistics shows that Pakistan lacks behind in the STEM education when it is compared with the western countries. This research paper focuses on European success stories and situations. The problem is analyzed using an intersectional approach, and suggestions are made to improve STEM education in Pakistan, particularly for women and girls from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. The role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is important because they that can collaborate with the Pakistani government to improve the female’s access to STEM education.

Qualitative research method was used to conduct present research and content analysis technique has been used to analyze content of placards used previously in the Women’s March.
