Every year there are thousands of earthquakes occur and recorded as per the data of Seismic centres. Except those earthquakes which cause 'Devastations and fatalities' most of the uneventful earthquakes are not getting reported. My research is aimed at identifying these 'Devastating and the Killer earthquakes'. I have been showing steady improvement in forecasting the period of some of the major killer earthquakes from 2002. I am confident to claim that "Based on my research of VEDIC METEOROLOGY THEORIES" "THE PERIOD OF DEVASTATING, KILLER EARTHQUAKES' can be accurately forecasted. I have limitations in identifying the exact location of the earthquakes. This is due to my insignificant competence in theoretical astronomy, related skill and lack of understanding verses in Sanskrit and ancient Tamil. Despite these my research is showing marked improvement in 'earthquake forecasting. Main Points: A) (1) WINTER 2022/23: Winter over the Southern Peninsula will be "Wet and Warmer". Negative Indian Ocean Di-Pole is forecast from the middle of January, 2023 till the end of March 2023 Squally winds, Thunderstorms; Cyclonic Circulation and Convective activity related abnormal rainfall is forecast at many places in the districts around & below 14degree.N Latitude. Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall is forecast on the Eastern side of Western Ghats and also at isolated places in the hilly regions. CLOUDBURST, KILLER LIGHTNING, FLASH FLOODS and LANDSLIDES are warned during the above period. SEVERE CYCLONE in the Bay of Bengal is warned during the second & third week of March, 2023. During the period Southern & Central states will experience "Far above Normal Temperatures". (2) WINTER 2022/23: Above the Vindhyas Winter will be Subdued. Sub-Himalayan region will experience Strong Western Disturbances (Extra-Tropical Storms) causing Spate of Blizzards with Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/Icy Rainfall upsetting normal life from the beginning of January, 2023 till middle of March, 2023. CLOUDBURST, Hail storms, Avalanches & Landslides are warned during the above period. Northwest states and west of Northern states will be affected more. Plains of the above region will be experiencing devastating Flash Floods due to heavy to very heavy rainfall. AIR POLLUTION: In the plains of Northern States of India "Tropospheric level Fog, Smog and Air Pollution" will be "More in 2023 than what was experienced during 2022". While ground conditions have avoidable factors; Meteorologists have been ignoring/ignorant of the involvement of "Axis & the plane of active upper air circulations" in causing "Abnormal Air Pollution" at habitable levels during certain years of every decade. B) (1) From the third week of March'23 till the end of April'23 "Widespread rainfall with occasional Heavy to very Heavy spells" is forecast. These conditions will be experienced more in locations "Above and Around Lat. 15 deg. (N) with an axis tilted upwards towards Northeast". Below this region moderate & occasional heavy rainfall is forecast. Conditions will remain "HOT with FAR ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES" in the Central and Northern States from the Last week of March till the end of October, 2023. Severe Flooding in Northern states warned. (2) From the last week of April'23 till the first week of June'23 "CHAOTIC WEATHER CONDITIONS" will prevail. "A Severe Cyclone in the Bay of Bengal will cross Bangladesh/Myanmar coast (OR) cross Andhra/Odisha coast and emerge as low pressure trough in the Arabian Sea". Dry Conditions & Squally winds, Thunderstorms, Powerful Western Disturbances, Cyclonic Circulation, convective activity related (unevenly spread) abnormal rainfall are forecast in cyclic pattern. West, Northwest and Southern Peninsular States will experience the above conditions & are Warned of DEVASTATING FLOODS, KILLER LIGHTNING and MASSIVE LANDSLIDES during the above periods (1&2): Above Normal Pre-monsoon Rainfall is forecast.

It's obvious that it is "Impractical, Unimaginable" for access to "Observational data" YEARS IN ADVANCE; yet the "ULTIMATE FUNDAMENTALS" of "Vedic Meteorology Science" allows even a NOVICE like me to provide 'Dependable Specific Long Range Weather Forecast'. MAIN POINTS: 1) (A) [for the northern hemisphere mid-latitude region] From the last week of December, 2021 till early February, 2022 Blizzards with heavy to very heavy snowfall/Icy rainfall, Avalanches are forecast. From the first week of February, 2022 till the last week of March, 2022 "Warmer & wet Spring" is forecast. Hailstorms, localised thunderstorms tornadoes are warned during the above period. From the last week of March, 2022 till the second week of May, 2022 more widespread snowfall/Icy rainfall, hailstorms, devastating mid-latitude cyclones, tornadoes are warned during the above period. These conditions will prevail in the North American continent, Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, China, Japan & North Indian states bordering the Himalayas. 1) (B) [for the southern hemisphere mid-latitude region] From the last week of December, 2021 till early February, 2022 "Warmer conditions with above normal temperatures", widespread heavy to very heavy rainfall, tropical cyclones, hailstorms are warned.

Main Points: A) (1) Winter above the Vindhyas will be "Normal & Subdued" from the last week of December, 2021 till the last week of February, 2022. During this period few Blizzards and heavy to very heavy Snowfall and Icy rainfall are forecast. Early Spring conditions will emerge from 16 th February, 2022. Less snowfall and isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall (Hail storms) is forecast till the last week of March, 2022. A (2) During the same period the southern peninsula below the Vindhyas will experience "Warmer, Rainy & Dry Winter". Above Normal "Warmer Conditions" will emerge from the beginning of March, 2022. Moderate rainfall during the first fortnight of March, 2022 and Dry weather during the second fortnight is forecast. Rainfall will be more widespread in the southern peninsula during the above period.

I am presenting my "2021 Weather Forecast for the Indian Sub-Continent" based on my Vedic Meteorology. I am a Novice & Passionate researcher of Vedic Meteorology confidently trying  to register the "Accuracy of Long Range Weather Forecasting".

I humbly make an attempt to present my LONG RANGE GLOBAL WEATHER FORECAST for the year 2018.  Tropical Weather forecasting is highly complicated and difficult.  ‘Midlatitude weather forecasting is fairly easy as energy is concentrated in extra tropical cyclones helping easy tracking.  In contrast in the tropics; the homogeneous air mass and relatively uniform surface temperatures and pressure get distorted by local factors and changes in the ionosphere.  It’s quite common to expect sudden thunderstorm due to convectional activity in the tropical zone.
Meteorologists are not able to authentically forecast weather for more than 48/72 hours due to the above factors.  Even their short range ‘Dynamic forecast (240 hours) produced by computer stimulation based on the penultimate day data feed by them on the basis of surface conditions are not dependable for more than 48/72 hours.    Their Numerical based long Range Forecasts are always vague and have failed miserably ever since they started using that.  First the data base for the Numerical model is too short and they cannot depend on the data for a longer period owing to scarce availability of data and unreliable quality of the data.
VEDIC METEOROLOGY is the ULTIMATE SCIENCE for the meteorologist to incorporate to produce FLAWLESS WEATHER FORECAST both Long Range and Short Range.  Applying VEDIC METEOROLOGY INTERPRETATIONS we can produce CATALOGUE OF GLOBAL WEATHER and EARTHQUAKES FOR THE NEXT 3000 YEARS.  Like the tiny squirrel which served Lord Rama in the construction of The Sethu Bridge, I have done dependable base work for the forecasting of Weather and the Earthquakes.  I am confident that My 20 years of research based on VEDIC METEOROLOGY has produced notable accurate forecasts to attract UNBIASED minds.  Though I conceive the methods to make my forecasts more accurate, I am looking forward to assistance to achieve it .
In this forecast I give ‘Specific Period based weather forecast’ and also suggest the important dates of extreme conditions and the locations for effective disaster managements.  There will be a ‘Sine wave Pattern’ in the distribution of rainfall and related activities. While I am confident of the dates of specific events of my forecast, I am not fully confident of identifying the locations.  With continued research, I am planning to give monthly updates about the location of the events based on the conditions at that time.

My sincere efforts have gone behind preparing this 2019 Weather forecast. I request every individual in Indian Sub_continent to keep track of these forecasts and plan their weather based needs. 'VEDIC METEOROLOGY'  is the 'ONLY SCIENCE' which has the technology to issue "ACCURATE LONG RANGE WEATHER FORECASTS" with date specific warnings. A sample proof to this claim is the "Catastrophic Severe Cyclone "GAJA"; which was one among many "ACCURATE FORECASTS" of my 2018 Annual Weather Forecast. Also my '2018 Global Weather Forecast' has enough proof to claim ACCURACY of over 90%.
