    The aim of the research is to increase students’ learning motivation in learning classification of living things subject by using android-based biology educational game that accompanied with e-module. The type of this reserach is is a quasi-experiment research with nonequivalent control group design that concluded in at SMP N 3 Sragen, Central Java. The population of this study were the grade VII students of SMP N 3 Sragen in 2020/2021 academic year with the students of VII A class as the experimental class and the students of VII B class as the control class. Instrument that uses in this research is questionnaire. The control class only using google form as the learning medium, while the experimental class using google form that added by android-base biology educational game with e-module.     Kekurangan air menyebabkan lahan dalam kondisi cekaman kekeringan sehingga pertumbahan tanaman dapat terhambat. Mikoriza merupakan biostabilizer yang dapat ditambahkan untuk tanaman bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta ada tidaknya interaksi pemberian mikoriza dan Trichoderma sp., terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah varietas Crok Kuning (Allium cepa L. Aggregatum group) pada berbagai variasi frekuensi penyiraman. Jenis penelitian merupakan eksperimen dengan model Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor yaitu pemberian mikoriza (tanpa mikoriza, mikoriza, Trichoderma sp., kombinasi mikoriza + Trichoderma sp.) dan variasi frekuensi penyiraman (setiap hari, 3 hari sekali, dan 6 hari sekali).     This research aims to determine optimum combination of addition 2-iP and 2,4-D with different concentration and the nodus position for induction Dendrobium Red Emperor ‘Prince’ axial shoots. The research employed a CFR design with two factors, namely: variation of combined concentration 2-iP and 2,4-D (A: 1 ppm 2-iP + 2 ppm 2,4-D; B: 2 ppm 2-iP + 1,5 ppm 2,4-D; C: 3 ppm 2-iP + 1 ppm 2,4-D; D: 4 ppm 2-iP + 0,5 ppm 2,4-D) each treatment was repeated 6 times and the nodal position (top, middle, bottom). The basic medium is NP+CW. The axillary bud growth is measured based on the time of bud emerge, shoot growth, explant percentage which form axillary bud, root growth, and plantlet wet weight. Data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with DMRT 5%.     A number of Spathoglotis plicata mutant orchids were derived from in vitro culture of X-ray irradiated seeds obtained from previous studies. This study aims to identify the physiological and molecular characteristics of the S. plicata mutant orchid. There were 4 groups of mutant orchids corresponding to the irradiation dose of 6, 12, 18 and 24 rad and 1 wild type group as a control. Observations on physiological variations such as the rate of photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, water conductance, transpiration, total protein and catalase activity were carried out. The chlorophyll content was measured using the Winterman and De Mots method, while the rate of photosynthesis and other related parameters were measured with a Li-Cord-6400 photosynthesis gauge.     The development of S. plicata orchid variants is important to increase their genetic diversity. This study aims to determine the genetic diversity of S. plicata orchid variants based on RAPD analysis. The research sample was 15 plant variants consisting of wild type and mutant orchid variants. Molecular characterization was used to identify the genetic diversity of orchid variants based on the PCR-RAPD using eight universal primers from the screening results. The DNA amplicon electropherogram from RAPD results was converted to binary data and analyzed with GenAlex 6.1 to obtain the genetic distance, scatter diagram, and the percentage of DNA polymorphism. The data were also analyzed using NTSYS ver.2.2 to obtain a dendrogram cluster using the Unweighted Pair-Group Method using Arithmetic Average (UPGMA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan tersarang (nested design) dimana faktor I adalah perlakuan air kelapa (dengan air kelapa dan tanpa air kelapa) dan faktor II adalah variasi konsentrasi vitamin B1 (0 ml.L-1, 0,25 ml.L-1,0,5 ml.L-1, dan 1 ml.L-1).     This study was aimed at determining and comparing the effectiveness of project-based learning and 5E learning cycle instructional models in improving the acquisition of new biological knowledge related to the human immune system. This quasi experiment study with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design was conducted in SMAN 1 and SMAN 8 Yogyakarta, Indonesia during the academic year 2018/2019. A cluster sampling technique was used to select 3 eleventh grade classes of natural science from each school. The criterion referenced essay test was used to measure the students’ learning achievements and the data collected were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results show that both PjBL and 5E learning instructional models were effective to improve the students’ ability to acquire new biological knowledge related to the human immune system.
