The research had been done for two months, start from April 2014 until May 2014. Location of this research was Paslaten Satu Village at Tatapaan Sub District, North Sulawesi Province.     This study aims to look at the profile of farmers in utilizing the yard in Otam (Induk) Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from September to November 2019. The method of selecting samples was done purposively, namely to farmers who own a plots of land. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews with 50 respondents, namely farmers owning their plots. Secondary data were obtained from the Otam Village Office. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis in the form of tables and simple calculations. The results showed that the grounds in the village of Otam (Induk) are owned by farmers who mostly have junior high school education. Yard land is used by farmers for various types of plants. The definition of stunting according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is for the "height for age" value to be less than two standard deviations of the WHO Child Growth Standards median. Indonesia has been plagued recently with stunting. In 2015, the World Bank indicates that stunting has cost 3 to 11 percent of the gross domestic product.     The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of social capital, consisted by trust, social norms, social networks, in the paddy rice farmer group in Tawaang Village, Tenga Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. This research lasted for three months from July to September 2019. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews and observations.     The purpose of this research is to know the level of farmer adoption owards innovation modern rice farming tools. Data used is primary data and secondary data. Sampling method of this research is simple random sampling method with the number of respondents as 30 farmers. Primary data is collected by interview use questioneires and secondary data obtained from Kelurahan Woloan Dua office, and Dinas Pertanian office. Data analysis was carried out descriptively presented in table form. Research result showed that the level of farmers adoption of innovation modern rice farming tools in Kelurahan Woloan Dua Tomohon Barat Subdistrict was high, where most farmers had implemented or adoptedinovation modern rice farming tools.     This study aims to determine the impact of contruction of cement plant on the surrounding community in Solog Village Lolak District Bolaang Mongondow District. The results of this study indicate that the construction of PT Conch cement factory industry has a positive and negative impact for the community in Solog Village. Data were collected from direct interviews with respondents, as well as other data taken directly at the Village Head Office. The data were analyzed descriptively and described based on aspects related to circular mobility in this Sea Satu Village. The characteristics of circular mobility practitioners in Desa Sea Satu Village are due to aspects of age, gender, number of family members, education level, occupation type (TNI/POLRI), civil servant, private employee, entrepreneur, Honorer, Craftman, Driver and Ojek) , the number of dependents. Secondary data obtained from Market Office and Market Management Agency Pinasungkulan at Bitung City. The method used is qualitative method, which examines the public participation at every stage and sustainability of PNPM Urban. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people on the basis that they can represent the object under study, consisting of: Head of the village, the board of the Institute for Community Empowerment (LPM), Community Self-Supporting Agency, Project Management Team / TPK PNPM Mandiri, and community members.     This study aims to determine the amount of income from farming cocoa farmers in the village of Tikong, Sub-district of North Taliabu, Sula Islands District. Data analysis method used is the analysis of cost, revenue and income. The results showed that the income of cocoa farmers which have land area of 0.5 to 1,5 Ha is Rp 2,392,749 and income of cocoa farmers who have land area of > 1.5 to 2 hectares is Rp 2,766,69 .     This research aims to increasing understanding regarding  the community’s income and level of welfare after the implementation of ecotourism in Bahoi village, Likupang Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in 4 months, from May to August 2015. Primary and secondary data was used, and data was collected through interviews. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling that selected 16 respondents (10%) as the sample, representing of total 160 families that reside in Bahoi village. Analysis shows that ecotourism in Bahoi plays an important role in community life because local community can feels its impact, both directly and indirectly, such as getting additional income, knowledge and experience.     The objective of this research was to determine the profile of the business nutmeg essential oil. This study used primary data obtained through interview techniques directly to business owners using a list of questions were primarily production and cost. The method analysis was a descriptive analysis and presented in tables. Other analysis was costs, revenues, profits, and ratio of R/C. The results of this research indicated that the efforts of nutmeg essential oil "UD. Widia Mandiri" was still considered home industry. The capital came from their own family capital. The raw materials used were nutmeg for one-time distillation process as much as 250 kg with a yield of 7%. For one month only produced a one-time distillation process and products at a size of 702 bottles of 10 ml, and 200 bottles of 60 ml.
