Abstrak. Artikel yang berjudul Evaluasi terhadap Rumusan Pernyataan Pastoral Majelis Pekerja Harian (MPH) PGI (Persekutuan Gereja-gereja di Indonesia) 28 Mei 2016 tentang LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, Transjender) fokus pada evaluasi terhadap rumusan Pernyataan Pastoral MPH PGI yang berisi hinbauan terhadap gereja-gereja di bawah PGI, masyarakat dan negara. Evaluasi ini didasarkan pada konteks gereja-gereja di bawah PGI yang terbagi dua, yakni gereja-gereja yang menolak orientasi seksual LGBT, dan sebagian lagi yang menerima orientasi seksual LGBT. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode evaluasi rumusan kebijakan, secara khusus tentang bagaimana proses perumusan kebijakan itu dihasilkan, dan isi dari rumusan kebijakan tersebut. Artikel yang berjudul “Kebijakan Diskriminatif dan Kekerasan Agama” ini fokus memaparkan bagaimana kekerasan agama yang terjadi dalam relasi dengan pemerintah, dan bangkitnya agama-agama yang secara bersamaan diikuti bangkitnya radikalisme agama. Kemudian memaparkan mengenai rumusan kebijakan publik terkait agama di Indonesia serta relasinya dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan negara terhadap agama. Setelah itu mengukur kualitas kebijakan publik terkait agama di Indonesia berdasarkan kriteria kebebesan beragama. ABSTRACT: This article entitled, The Policy of Education in Indonesia: An Evaluation towards The Formula of Curriculum Policy for Higher Education focuses on the study of the formulation of curriculum policy which refers to the framework of national qualification in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative method: the data was gathered through an interview, questionnaire distribution, and observation on three tertiary institutions in Indonesia, also secondary data in the form of selected books. ABSTRACT:This article entitled, The Ambiguity of the Differentiation between Religion and Nation in Indonesia focuses on discussing how the relationship between religion and nation is not subduing one another. First of all, it is discussed about the latest research on the relationship between religion and nation, and its theoretical basis as the foundation, then the theory of differentiation between religion and nation also discussed as the best middle way of the relationship between religion and nation that is not subduing one another. ABSTRACT: This article entitled "Provincial Regulation of Gospel City Manokwari: Significance and Consequences for the Churches in Indonesia" will first explore the presence of Provincial Regulation (Perda or peraturan daerah) of Gospel City Manokwari. The article is based on data collected by the author in a field research in areas related to the initiation of these regulations, and particularly in Manokwari. The author will then analyze this regulation from the standpoint of Christian theology, and further explain the implications of these regulations for the churches in Indonesia. ABSTRACT: This article discusses religious issues and implementation of the National Education System Law (Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional or Sisdiknas Law) No.20 of 2003. The presence of Sisdiknas 2003 can not be separated from the power struggles that occur at the time. The ideological debate among the Indonesian elite had not ended, and caused crisis in managing education in Indonesia. As a result, the mobilization of educational resources to achieve the education especially those esthablished by religious institutions. The politicis of education in Indonesia is still dominated by groups interests. Consequently national education law has not appreciated the diversity of Indonesia, and has not become the property of all individuals and groups. KEYWORDS: national education system (Sisdiknas), religious education, democracy education.

ABSTRACT:The article, entitled "Opinion The church Leaders in Bekasi on the Permit Construction of Houses of Worship in the Joint Regulation of the Minister of the Year 2006, will be explained about the implementation of policies permit the establishment of houses of worship in Joint Regulation of the Minister (PBM) in 2006 in Bekasi, as well as the implications for church in that place, through the opinion of the church leaders in Bekasi. The article entitled " EVALUATION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICY FRAMEWORK ON HIGHER EDUCATION" focuses on how the application of Indonesian National Qualifications Framework has been implemented in college. So far there has been no evaluation of policy implementation research related to this research. This study was conducted at three universities in Jakarta and Tangerang. Data were collected through interviews, observation given questionnaire and documents, as well as a variety of sources. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of policies Indonesian National Qualifications Framework influenced by policy formulation components, characteristics Implementing, Managing Attitudes, Activities components, that have a linear relationship to the results of policy implementation. Policy objectives to improve the quality of Indonesian workers by improving the quality of college graduates has not been in line with expectations.

Disertasi yang berjudul “Evaluasi Kebijakan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) Bidang Pendidikan Tinggi” ini fokus pada evaluasi perumusan  KKNI bidang pendidikan tinggi.
Penelitian ini selain meneliti undang-undang dimana kebijakan KKNI ditetapkan juga meneliti respon perguruan tinggi terhadap kebijakan KKNI yang dilakukan di tiga universitas di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, pemberian kuesioner dan observasi dokumen, serta beragam sumber.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa formulasi kebijakan KKNI menggunakan model inkremental dan model elitis yang tidak sesuai dengan sistem negara demokratis yang mestinya lebih menggunakan model pilihan publik.  Itulah sebabnya sosialisasi kebijakan ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan terlihat dari hasil penelitian di lapangan.

Tulisan ini pertama-tama akan menjelaskan mengenai konsep HAM secara khusus perdebaan antara universalisme dan relativisme HAM dan lahinya perlindungan terhadap HAM. Setelah itu akan dipaparkan mengenai kebutuhan proteksi HAM di Indonesia, dan selanjutnya menilai mengenai masa depan proteksi HAM di Indonesia, secara khusus dalam kerangka kerja Komnas Ham di Indonesia.

Artikel yang berjudul “Evaluasi  Peraturan Bersama Menteri Tahun 2006  tentang Pendiriran Rumah Ibadah.” Ini akan fokus pada evaluasi formulasi Peraturan Bersama Menteri Tahun 2006 tentang Pendirian Rumah Ibadah, serta evaluasi penerapannya dan dampak dari diberlakukannya peraturan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pimpinan-pimpinan Gereja di Bekasi  yang terkait langsung dengan pelaksaan peraturan tersebut, dan juga penelitian terhadap dokumen-dokumen terkait dengan PBM, secara khusus kebijakan yang melandasi PBM. Temuan penelitian ini adalah formulasi  Peraturan Bersama Menteri tentang Pendirian Rumah Ibadah belum sesuai dengan model perumusan kebijakan negara demokratis, sehingga penerapannya tidak sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Penerapan PBM berdampak buruk terhadap kerukunan antarumat beragama di Indonesia
