The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is an innovative Russian methodology that allows finding the solution to a problem raised. In this case study, the analysis of the bottle filling workstation of the honey wine-producing company is proposed. This work aims to carry out an ergonomic research based on an anthropometric study, the RULA method (rapid upper limb assessment) and TRIZ method (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving); to evaluate the postures that put the integrity of the craftsman at risk and based on the find the appropriate design parameters to propose an ergonomic redesign in the honey wine bottle filling station. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el análisis de la operación para la mejora del proceso de encerado de cítricos en una empresa dedicada a esta actividad, ubicada en la localidad de Álamo, Temapache, en el norte del estado de Veracruz. Este análisis se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación de los diez enfoques del análisisde la operación, con la finalidad de encontrar áreas de oportunidad de mejora para la empresa, a partir de lo cual se propone la implementación de herramientas de manufactura esbelta tales como 5S, Kaizen y mantenimiento autónomo para la optimización del proceso de encerado. Como resultado de este análisis se desarrolló una propuesta de mejora para simplificar los procedimientos operativos, mejorando el manejo de los materiales y utilizando el equipo de manera óptima, lo que le permitirá a la empresa ser más eficiente y productiva.

Unlike previously reported models for the same purpose, this device reduces damage to the integrity of the animal and does not interfere with the activities of livestock in their development medium. This work aims to show the use of the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and the analysis of environmental conditions from the use of fuzzy logic to determine the behavior of factors such as temperature, noise and lighting and its direct effect on productivity from the workers. A group of employees from the maintenance area in an automotive agency that offers mechanical washing and maintenance services was analyzed. One method that quantifies the poor quality of a product that is already on the market and therefore causes loss to society is that created by the quality guru Genichi Taguchi, called the quality loss function. This methodology was applied in a cheese company that belongs to the dairy industry to quantify the financial loss for both the consumer and the company by deviating a quality characteristic from its nominal value (product weight), determining the economic loss for five presentations, of product, and later establishing a mathematical equation and then applying an experimental design to improve the quality of the product in five different presentations.
This work proposes a statistical analysis to verify the functionality of a prototype specially de... more This work proposes a statistical analysis to verify the functionality of a prototype specially designed to measure greenhouse gases in real time, specifically methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2). This analysis is based on an experiment design where the amount of gases emitted by livestock is measured under normal grazing conditions, in order to provide certainty of the data obtained in future measurements as an aspect of performance quality. The device has the advantage of not being invasive, unlike other commonly used measurement methods. Previous studies related to the greenhouse gas emission by ruminants do not show a permissible parameter of CO2 and CH4 since this largely depends on the different types of feed in the different regions of the world; therefore, this study presents a proposal to measure these gases through the non-invasive device, taking the time stamps (before and after) of the cows feeding as a basis for its design.

Accidents related to inadequate ergonomic conditions at work in the field, whether in agricultural or livestock activities, are considered as factors that affect productivity. The aim of this study is to describe the importance of ergonomic risk prevention in the development of multinutritional blocks for cattle in the Huasteca area in north of Veracruz, Mexico. Using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment Methods (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Job Strain Index (JSI) a group of people dedicated to the livestock sector, were evaluated in order to determine ergonomic risk indexes. With the use of the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), was designed an ergonomic compactor that reduces over stress and possible injuries, allowing the worker to perform his task easily and comfortably.

Productivity is today one of the most important aspects of a business, the productivity concept n... more Productivity is today one of the most important aspects of a business, the productivity concept not only implies higher profits, but use their resources efficiently, based on the purpose or goal of the organization. One of the most important resources is the human resource, which is why when talking about productivity, it is vital to consider the environment or workspace in which the operators perform. Ergonomics talk is talk of a tool for increasing productivity, as this, to bring the physical conditions of the work area, allows workers feel more comfortable and the risk is diminished by poor posture, resulting an increase in production since the worker gets healthier and safer working conditions. In the northern state of Veracruz, Mexico, is located a company Ironmonger industry and construction, which has about 376 people. It has been found that operators do not have the area right job, so a study was done through the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) method for the assessment of risk by maintaining inadequate by the poor design of workspace views. The Rula method provides a useful tool for evaluating working postures that may create a risk tool, however when you have a large number of workers, this process becomes tedious. Fuzzy Logic is an extension of traditional logic, but uses similar concepts belonging to the human way of thinking, the concept of fuzzy logic was introduced by LA Zadeh in 1965, who described that Fuzzy logic does not use exact values as 1 or 0 but if you use values between 0 and 1 (inclusive) that may indicate intermediate values. The use of fuzzy logic in this case study aims to minimize the valuation work for every operator with Rula method, indicating, through fuzzy sets, the levels of risk that may arise in representative areas of the Hardware Store in where work is carried out with similar positions, regardless of the area from which it comes. Allowing this, assign values to assess accurately if no or a risk index.
