Зараз відбувається реформування системи загальної середньої освіти. Одним з актуальних напрямів є розроблення нормативної бази дистанційного навчання. Метою статті є аналіз існуючого нормативного забезпечення дистанційної освіти і розроблення рекомендацій щодо формування проектів документів «Положення про дистанційне навчання в системі загальної середньої освіти» і «Типове положення про ресурсний центр дистанційної освіти системи загальної середньої освіти». Дано огляд становища розвитку дистанційного навчання в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах України, проблемах і дослідженнях. Запропоновано структуру й обговорені основні положення документів про створення мережі ресурсних центрів дистанційної освіти. У статті є посилання на повний текст запропонованих положень. У подальшому планується апробація запропонованих документів, у разі їх прийняття.

The study aims to identify the evolutionary stages in the development of MOOCs, highlight the tools employed in their organization, determine the roles of the learning participants within MOOCs, and analyze the outcomes of implementing MOOCs. The research focuses on the development and proliferation of MOOCs in both global and domestic educational practices. The subject of investigation encompasses the conditions for using MOOCs in worldwide and national educational contexts. The purpose of this study – to determine the basic cloud technology for content curator. The objectives of the study include rationale for the selection of tools for collecting, filtering and distribution of thematic information of curator for a specific target audience and advice for network’s users. The object – cloud technology, the subject – basic cloud technology for content curator. We used methods of thematic and analytical studies to justify the selection of cloud technologies for content curator. Studies of the aspects related to applications of digital technologies in education processes are subject to close attention in Ukraine and beyond. An important component of the training process is test control of knowledge.    Education activities at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit rely on criteria oriented tests. They are realized on the basis of distance training system Moodle that allows for creating test questions of various types and their repeated inclusion in various packages of test tasks. In the article, the description of the complex evaluation method is given, as well as the classical method of Data Mining and Item Response Theory (IRT). In the general method there are six steps. This article describes steps 4-6. The fourth step of the method is to evaluate the reliability of the test. A universal two-step procedure is proposed – the assessment of the reliability of individual test tasks based on the coefficient of internal coherence of Kjuder – Richardson and the evaluation of the reliability of the test as a whole by the coefficient of generalization.
