The incidence seems to be yearly occurrences especially Engr. A.A. Kure Ultra-Modern Market fire outbreak which began in 2014 and repeatedly continues every year which disrupts the market activities and causes environmental hazard such as pollution. The incidence occurrence is likely perceived to be connected to the lack of following due building process or fire safety regulation procedures during the market construction. In recognizing that some certain responses needed to prevent or curtail the reoccurrences of fire incidences, the study evaluates Engr. Abdulkadir Abdullahi Kure Ultra-Modern Market fire safety by considering mitigation or prevention regulations. Based on the 2019 updated England Building Regulations, the study assessed the Engr. Abdulkadir Abdullahi Kure Ultra-Modern Market fire safety using observable and measurable criteria such as means of warning and fire protection devices, internal and external fire spreading, fire-resisting doors and fire service facilities and layout accessibility. The study revealed the drawback in legislating the fire safety regulations in the country. The regulatory bodies responsible for construction control and regulations should ensure the compliances with fire safety regulation to prevent further loss of resources and human lives in the country. The study, however, recommended that construction regulations agencies in the country need to use some set of safety indicators, as shown in the study, to evaluate the fire safety of any construction work.

Therefore, enabling citizens with access to potable water is paramount. Although conjugate or integral water management or monitoring inhabited with limited studies even in Nigeria where over 57% of the population rely on groundwater source the management approaches is practically scanty while integral water use studied extensively, the study recognized the integrated water resources managements (IWRM), internationally recognized principles to support the effort of ensuring robust policy framework and appropriate investments in Nigeria's fresh water resources to enable the citizens with unlimited access to portable water.

These harmful activities were carried-out either deliberate or unknown to people in search of energy, survival and luxuries of life. Therefore, there is strong need to find sustainable source of energy that is renewable and environmentally friendly for continual existence of man on this planet. Biodiesel can be extracted from Jatropha Curcas L, which serve as a source of renewable energy. In this paper; the awareness, processing method, economic and medicinal benefits of Jatropha Curcas in Nigeria was discussed. The paper gives priority to three different studies, with addition of regression analysis. The research concluded that there is high rate of awareness of Jatropha Curcas plant, mainly used in live fencing, homestead fencing and farm boundaries mainly in Kano state, Nigeria; though, most of the farmers were not aware of its benefits such as biodiesel oil, medicinal uses, anti-desertification features, soap making among many others, but they are willing to produce the biodiesel from it. The research also recommends awareness campaign and government incentives in the cultivation, production and marketing the biodiesel in Nigeria.

However, many studies extensible indicates the environment and environmental resources contamination with pit latrines. It is the intent of this study to explore the numerous design features of pit latrines and which type needed to improve, thus, set a guideline on minimum pit latrine design standard. I systematically reviewed the studies on pit latrine design and structural characteristics were systematically including their evolution and improvement over a millennium, environment and environmental contamination especially groundwater and the study further assessed the extent at which the Northern Nigeria lives are at stake and knowledge gaps were found. The study found no original research on design or materials to prevent groundwater contamination despite the rises in groundwater levels due to climate change that is limiting the vertical separation distance between groundwater levels and pit latrines. Moreover, harvesting long noted greenhouse gases and additional 198 detected volatile gases emanated by pit latrine are inhabited limited data. This indicates that the concurrent pit latrine designs are less-effective in mitigating environmental and environmental resources contamination. Future pit latrine improvement or modification should focus on an integral model approach to developed a well improved and sustainable pit latrine.
