Під час розслідування корупційних кримінальних правопорушень найбільш поширеними є проблеми роботи з електронними носіями, на яких можуть міститися сліди таких правопорушень. Крім того, цифрові дані, які можуть мати значення для кримінального провадження, містяться на серверах, що знаходяться закордоном, та побудовані за хмарними технологіями на віддалених хостингах або перебувають у розпорядженні телекомунікаційних компаній. The article is devoted to the problems of the information and communication technologies which are used as cyber tools for committing crimes. Due to the coronavirus and the widespread lockdown, crimes have also moved to online space. The empirical base of cybercrime is analyzed taking into consideration the latest trends caused by the ongoing pandemic. Mostly this category of crimes is latent and quite difficult to investigate. The aim: The article aims to focus attention on the pressing problems of corruption in the field of pharmaceutical activities at the stage of medicines sale. Possible ways to solve the problems are elucidated. Materials and methods: The research has been carried out using the results of analysis and generalization of different countries’ regulation acts governing pharmaceutical activity implementation, also of legal practice, including author’s private practice, interviewing investigators, interviews, and questionnaires of pharmaceutical companies and professionals. The aim: The article draws attention to the raise of suicide incidents after COVID-19 and proposes special knowledge to use in some forensic examinations for patients with COVID-19 and after as a measure of suicide preventing. Materials and methods: Scientific researches and comparative analyzes of criminal cases marked as a suicide were done based on statistics method. 415 suicide cases were fixed in Ukraine in 2020, and other persons’ influence for suicide committing was revealed only in 61cases. In 2021, the tendency has increased, and only during the first four months (from January till April) there were 213 suicide cases. Conclusions: There are so many cases of suicide after COVID-19 caused by mental and neurological disorders due to the coronavirus effects on human brain and psyche, not only at hospitals but at home as well. Цифрова криміналістика набуває все більшої актуальності та стає однією з ключових складових традиційної криміналістики. Цифрові криміналістичні знання застосовуються під час проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій та у ході призначення відповідних судових експертиз не лише щодо кримінальних правопорушень у сфері інформаційних технологій, але й щодо розслідування широкого кола правопорушень, які вчиняються під час війни та окупації. За таких обставин правоохоронні органи все більше шукають та аналізують інформацію, отриману з відкритих джерел, через чат-боти («War Crime Bot», «STOP Russian War», «Стоп мародер», «Знайди зрадника»), у соціальних мережах та телеграм-каналах, що є новим для правозастосовчої системи України. Законодавець зреагував на нагальні потреби та впровадив до кримінально-процесуального законодавства України відповідні зміни стосовно особливостей збирання цифрових доказів, які й будуть розглянуті у межах цієї статті. Важливим інструментом верифікації та перевірки достовірності цифрової інформації залишається інститут судової експертизи, за допомогою якого й можуть проводитися криміналістичні дослідження цифрової техніки, вилучення з них і аналіз медіа-даних, переписки, телефонних книг, документів, відновлення та копіювання даних з усіх типів технічних носіїв. Необхідним вбачається й технічний супровід слідчих (розшукових) дій, в межах якого надається спеціальна комп’ютерно-технічна допомога у пошуку та фіксації слідів, залишених на місці події. Розглянуто інструменти цифрової криміналістики та запропоновано вимоги до цифрових доказів з урахуванням тенденцій, які висуває дія воєнного стану.
