The article presents an analysis of problematic issues concerning the adaptation of the national accounting and financial reporting system of Ukraine to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The chosen topic is relevant because of the fact that the domestic economic system is increasingly dependent on the globalization of economic processes and information technologies in the world. The transition of Ukraine to the specified standards is a requirement of time and is conditioned by the necessity to fulfill the country's contractual obligations for further integration with the European Union. The authors considered such world systems as IFRS and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The general features of these systems were analyzed. The authors have identified both the systematic advantages and the problems of adaptation of IFRS in Ukraine. Advantages include: providing more detailed, transparent, truthful and accessible information for users; raising the level of investment attractiveness of economic entities through the possibility of their entry into new capital markets, etc. Problems include: the complexity of the practical application of standards through the introduction of new terms, the need for restructuring the philosophy of accounting and management personnel, and so on.

The paper notes that the successful adaptation of IFRS in Ukraine should be consistent with the general economic priorities of the country's development and is possible only under condition of well-considered actions of state legislatures and executive authorities, international cooperation within the framework of specialized professional organizations on the issues of elaboration of international standards of financial reporting.

This article presents an analysis of issues of legal implementation of international norms, principles and standards generally accepted in developed economic countries, in particular, the countries of the European Union and the USA, into the national legal system of financial monitoring of Ukraine. The structural characteristic of the financial monitoring system inherent in any state was taken as a basis, and the authors analyzed the internal national financial monitoring system of Ukraine, its features and gradual modification. The article, through the prism of a review of the main elements of the financial monitoring system, draws conclusions about the possible results of such an implementation, as well as about the prospects for global integration trends in this area further. Following the article, it was concluded that, on the one hand, thanks to active cooperation with authoritative international organizations working in the field of Anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism, the national financial monitoring system was able to rise to a new level of activity in preventing illegal income from entering the legal economy. At the same time, such cooperation was carried out to a greater extent not in a directive and administrative manner, but, in general, had a methodological and consultative nature and dealt with a fairly wide range of issues in this area. On the other hand, it is possible to make a disappointing conclusion that such work, which, of course, brought its positive results, nevertheless, was more carried out on paper, because, when trying to implement some international standards into domestic law, there were a number of difficulties. This reduces the effectiveness of the important and necessary work, which was done in the field of reforming the legal system of financial monitoring of Ukraine. In this regard, Ukraine continues to be under the scrutiny of international organizations and should continue to cooperate with them in the field of Anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism.

The author analyzes the nature of innovation processes, the distinctions between legal innovations and innovations in legal activities. In the article the preconditions of innovative law firms are proved. The influence of technological innovations on the development of legal services business is investigated. Particular attention is paid to virtualization of legal services. The task for innovative reform of legal education is drawn.

The article analyzes the content of integration processes in modern business, essence and types of strategic alliances. The author examines the features of international strategic alliances of law firms and their differences from alternative structures. The author pays special attention to the success of alliances arising on the basis of the merger of law firms and to the contradictions of international strategic alliances in the legal business.

Розкрито зміст концепції маркетингу в юридичній сфері. Досліджено основні етапи становлення юридичного маркетингу в Україні. Проаналізовано основні напрями практичної маркетингової діяльності юридичної фірми відповідно до комплексу маркетингу.

Розкрито зміст інтеграційних процесів у сучасному бізнесі, сутність та види стратегічних альянсів. Обґрунтовано особливості утворення міжнародних стратегіч-них альянсів юридичних фірм та їх відмінності від альтернативних структур. Доведено успішність альянсів, які виникають на базі злиття юридичних фірм. Проана-лізовано суперечності міжнародних стратегічних альянсів в юридичному бізнесі.

Проаналізовано основні стратегії внутрішнього та зовнішнього зростання ВНЗ. Досліджено переваги та ризики інтеграційного і диверсифікаційного зростання університетів. Особливу увагу приділено процесам злиття та поглинання у вищій освіті, мережевій формі інтеграції діяльності ВНЗ.

Abstract. The author has analysed contemporary scientific approaches to substantiating the essence of strategizing. The author has proven that: a) a business organization deals with numerous constraints (material, financial, human resources, managerial, etc.) already  in the process of drawing up a strategy; b) implementing an organization’s strategy almost usually occurs under the greater or smaller uncertainty and risks; c) the factor of unpredictability may significantly affect strategizing. The author has formulated recommendations regarding applying instruments of the prognostication, foresight studies, and preparation of business scenarios. The author has attached special attention to so-called jokers with a powerful effect of influence because of the high extent of their unpredictability and uncertainty, as well as the necessity for prognosticating hypothetical negative scenarios for developing a business organization and for forming the resistance to them.

The article has generalized scientific approaches to substantiating the essence
of team building. The author has formulated the main criteria and characterized types of
teams. The author has analysed efficiency of teamwork alongside its managerial and
economic aspects. The author pays especial attention to the development of team building as a business model and applied problems managers and HR consultants face.

The author generalizes scientific approaches of foreign scientists to the content of proactive law, developing and implementing corporate legal strategies. The author has analysed the main types of legal strategies. The author has paid special attention to problems of implementing corporate legal strategies in Ukraine and substantiating effective instruments for undertaking these strategies. The author has proven that a majority of Ukrainian business entities orient towards managerial risks in their activities. However, more and more firms transit to a model of managing development.

peculiarities of network interaction of entrepreneurs. The author has substantiated main
