Roger Dean (født 31. august i 1944 i Ashford i Kent) er en britisk billedkunstner, mest kjent for sitt arbeide med plateomslag for progressiv rock-bandene Yes, Asia, hard rock-bandet Uriah Heep og flere andre forskjellige band og artister fra slutten av 1960- til 2020-årene. Plateomslagene han tegner og maler er vanligvis futuristiske, eksotiske og fantasy-inspirerte.

Dean er nevnt i låta «Dickie Davies Eyes» fra 1987 av det engelske bandet Half Man Half Biscuit.

19. august 2016 utgav Isle of Man Post Office en serie på seks frimerker med Deans kunstverk:

Dean har hatt et langt forhold til Isle of Man. Han har også langvarige vennskap med Steve Howe og Rick Wakeman, henholdsvis gitarist og keyboardist for det progressive rockebandet Yes, som Dean har laget mange plateomslag for.
