The combination of HRM in CSR activities is important to be seen as a pioneer and major prerequisite for the realization of national mission and improve the welfare of the society. Corporate bodies should take note that CSR is not just helping and giving back to employees only but covers all responsibilities including community life around. Bursa Malaysia commissioned CSR Asia conducted a CSR survey and analysed a random sample of company responses to give an overall picture of where listed companies in 2007 found that companies received low scores and lag far behind, lacking awareness and understanding of CSR concepts as well as CSR issues relevant to their operations. Justeru itu, golongan pensyarah mempunyai tanggungjawab yang amat besar dalam membangunkan modal insan yang bersifat menyeluruh, progresif, bermoral dan beretika tinggi selain daripada melahirkan modal insan yang berpengetahuan dan berkemahiran. Pensyarah juga perlu memahami, memberi komitmen dan serta mempunyai iltizam yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan amanah serta tanggungjawab ini. Sehubungan dengan itu, pembangunan modal insan perlu dirancang dengan rapi agar dapat meningkatkan bina upaya generasi muda Malaysia ke arah melahirkan guna tenaga yang terlatih dan berdaya saing, sepadan dan mencukupi dengan keperluan negara pada 2020. Oleh kerana Jabatan Pengajian Politeknik (JPP) telah diserapkan di bawah Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia (KPTM) dengan skim perkhidmatan yang baru iaitu Skim Perkhidmatan Pegawai Pendidikan Pengajian Tinggi (SPP bil.33/2007) mulai tahun 2008, maka secara automatik PSPTN turut menjadi tanggungjawab pensyarah-pensyarah di politeknik Jabatan Pengajian Politeknik (JPP) KPTM untuk mencapai objektif-objektif yang telah ditentukan. Dalam usaha ke arah ini, para pensyarah seharusnya memfokuskan kepada teras kedua PSPTN iaitu menambahbaik kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang menjadi tugas utama.

Samples were collected randomly from staffs that are volunteer to fill up the questionnaire. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual, polytechnics academic staff who are involve in teaching and learning process to the polytechnics student. A final sample of 322 respondents from 2017 staffs complete data is used. The result shows that all work stress can give an impact on job performance. An organizational supports also influence job performance.

To ensure CSR awareness exists among organizations, the role of HRM should be emphasized. HR managers should be the main actors to make things right CSR activities that are designed to operate successfully. With the ability, resources and expertise of the organization, HRM can hone CSR activities put to good use to support CSR activities. Therefore, this study aims at investigating the contribution of the HRM capabilities in driving CSR practices among public listed companies (PLC) in Malaysia towards organizational performance. To achieve the objectives, five key research questions of this study attempts to answer. This study will apply two types of data analysis software namely Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS M3 2.0 (2010) and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. Therefore, the sampling frame of this study is derived from the list of 930 public listed companies in Bursa Malaysia. From the analysis, 17 hypotheses that have been tested showed that 9 hypotheses out of 17 hypotheses are supported. For analysis of Importance-Performance Matrix (IPMA) showed that three highest performances belong to Customer responsibilities CSR Statement and Environment Responsibilities. However, the variables with the highest importance for Organizational performance adaptations are different namely CSR-HR Capabilities, Environment responsibilities and CSR Vision. The findings also indicated that CSR-HR capabilities mediate the relationship between CSR Policies, CSR Orientation and Organizational Performance. Two dimension of CSR policies namely CSR Vision and Equal employment opportunity are found significant relationship but for Code of Ethics, CSR Statement are not significant. For CSR orientation, two dimension also found the relationship namely environmental responsibilities and community responsibilities but for Employee responsibilities and Customer responsibilities are not significant. This study aims at investigating the contribution of the HRM capabilities in driving CSR practices among public listed companies (PLC) in Malaysia towards organizational performance. This study make both theoretical and practical contributions, especially in identifying the relationship between CSR practices, CSR-HR capabilities and organizational performance. Therefore, this study focuses on the role of the combination of Research Based View and Stakeholder Theory which contribute to a new view in understanding the concept of Corporate Social Responsibilities and Human Resource Management.

The effect of determinants factors were examined in this study is issues price, offer size, and types of industries into degrees of IPOs underpricing. The preliminary results indicate that over the study period, the initial returns of Malaysian IPOs have positive returns. The results of this study found that high underpricing in the initial trading is not determined poor performance. This study only take part in IPO companies that listed in main market from 2012 until 2015 (new listing). This study provides the general insight for investors regarding IPOs performance.

As a leader in technical education and vocational training (TVET), polytechnic is responsible for producing the quality technology in line with The National Education Philosophy generally and The National Higher Education Strategic Pelan (PSPTN) particularly. This goal also will fulfil the needs of industries that require high competent graduates in all aspects including soft skills and have knowledge of entrepreneurship. The outcome based education (OBE) in curriculum instructional assessment (CIA), increase staff competence, empowerment English Language among staff, rated under polyrate, quality policy department, recognition, collaboration and internalization are some of major transformation agenda. The recognition requirement of the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) based on the Malaysian Qualification Framework (MQF) is another challenge for the polytechnics. All these activities are recorded and monitored under the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by Ministry. These phenomenons eventually increase the workload among staff. [1]

Another purpose is to compare among these factors in order to know which one is more determinant in influencing respondents’ intention to choose Islamic Personal Loan. We expect a positive situation exists in Islamic financial market whereby the selection of Islamic personal loan by staff should be always parallel to the good understanding about the product. If the selection of Islamic finance loan product derives more from quality of service offered or promotion it shows that the development of Islamic Personal Loan market is far a way to achieve its meaningful of operation. The population will be the whole Seberang Perai Polytechnic staff (N=500). [1] There are two categories of staff which are Academic staff and non academic staff. The researcher will focus on these two categories in order to construct a sample. The full list of all registered staff in Politeknik Seberang Perai will be gathered. Staff details can be accessed from Department of Administration, PSP. Simple Random Sampling will be used as a sampling technique and 30% (150 respondents) from the whole population PSP staff will be considered as the sampling size. This study will investigate factors influence of Islamic Personal Loan selection among PSP staff. Therefore PSP staffs have been perceived to be the population of the study. The primary data for this study and data will be collected through distributing self administered questionnaire to all PSP staff. A structured questionnaire will be used for collecting necessary information which are related to our research questions and related affective factors of PSP staff choice for Islamic Personal Loan. Descriptive analysis will be employed to carry out data analysis. PSP staff profile is one of the sections in the questionnaire in this study. Varies demographic factors are included there.

Dua instrumen kajian telah digunakan di dalam mini penyelidikan ini iaitu alat bahan bantu mengajar (ABBM) dalam bentuk “power point” bagi modul P5127, Kewangan Perniagaan dan borang soal selidik. Data yang dikumpul, dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistics Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) melibatkan “Descriptive Statistics” untuk mendapatkan nilai frekuansi,
min dan sisihan piawai. Hasil mini penyelidikan ini telah menunjukkan bahawa penghasilan alat bahan bantu mengajar (ABBM) dalam bentuk “Power Point” yang dibangunkan telah mendapat keputusan yang memuaskan. Nilai purata min untuk persoalan kesesuaian isi kandungan ialah 4.73 dan untuk persoalan mesra pengguna pula ialah 4.19 manakala untuk nilai sisihan piawai pula, masing-masing bernilai 0.46 dan 0.76. Nilai sisihan piawai adalah kurang daripada 1.00 bermaksud jawapan yang diberikan oleh responden adalah stabil untuk keseluruhan item. Pengkaji berharap agar ada usaha penambahbaikan di masa akan datang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan lagi ABBM dalam bentuk “Power Point” ini.

bawah Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia (KPTM) dengan skim perkhidmatan yang baru iaitu Skim Perkhidmatan Pegawai Pendidikan Pengajian Tinggi (SPP bil.33/2007) mulai tahun 2008, maka secara automatik PSPTN turut menjadi tanggungjawab pensyarah-pensyarah di politeknik Jabatan Pengajian Politeknik (JPP) KPTM untuk mencapai objektif-objektif yang telah ditentukan. Dalam usaha ke arah ini, para pensyarah seharusnya memfokuskan kepada teras kedua PSPTN iaitu
menambahbaik kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang menjadi tugas utama.
Malaysia dan mesra pengguna. Cadangan kajian ini melibatkan pelajar semester lima Diploma Pengurusan Perniagaan di Politeknik Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang sebagai sampel kajian. Dua instrumen kajian akan digunakan di dalam kajian ini iaitu alat bahan bantu mengajar dalam bentuk Microsoft Power Point bagi kursus P5127, Kewangan Perniagaan dan borang soal selidik. Data yang dikumpul dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistics Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) melibatkan Descriptive Statistics untuk mendapatkan nilai
frekuensi, min dan sisihan piawai. Pengkaji berharap agar ada usaha penambahbaikan di masa akan datang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan lagi ABBM dalam bentuk Microsoft Power Point ini dan boleh diaplikasikan dan diguna pakai di Politeknik Seberang Perai.
