ABSTRACT
This course conclusion paper proposes a reflection on the influence of the organizational
climate in the development of companies. The method used in this article was a bibliographic
search, which aims to substantiate and contextualize it with the approach of renowned authors
for a greater basis on the topic addressed. The research aims to reflect on the theme of
motivation and organizational climate for greater performance within organizations. Every
organization seeks to achieve its goals more efficiently and effectively by analyzing the senses
of the organizational climate, where one can have a clearer vision and make it possible to
analyze the facts and actions of employees within organizations more consciously. With
advances in technology and current knowledge, the organizational climate is of great
importance for the company, it portrays the state of enthusiasm of employees in the workplace.
An organizational climate reflects the entire process and development of the company, being
basically the organizational climate that comes down to the perception that employees have of
the organization, which acts on its impacts on the work environment, whether positive or
negative and is directly linked to the company culture. The environment, that is, the
organizational climate of a company is very important, that is, the good functioning of the
company requires that employees have a healthy degree of satisfaction and that they are
always motivated in carrying out their tasks to obtain the expected production, where
Organizational Climate Management is very important.

agrupadas, quem se reporta a quem e quais as decisões a serem tomadas.
Toda Organização se torna um grupo grande de pessoas bem
relacionadas e com uma missão de comprometimentos em desenvolver
atividades dependentes, que vem com um propósito bem determinado. Alguns
autores definem Organização como grupos de atividades e de relações de
autoridade; outros denominam, conforme Silva (2001), Organização à soma
total de relações humanas.
