Knowing the Islamic beliefs is from the greatest of the religious obligations. It is an obligation upon every legally responsible person [mukallaf] to learn these Islamic beliefs. It is under the light of Islamic beliefs that the believer expresses his servanthood to the Lords of the worlds and follows that which he received from the leader of Prophets and our Master, Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. This treatise contains the original arabic text of the poem, ʿAqīdat al-ʿAwāmm,
followed by its English rendition.

In this brief treatise, I have summarised some matters that take a person outside the fold of Islam, relying on the text al-Qawānīn al-Fiqhiyyah,of the great Imam — Ibn Juzayy al-Kalbī. The intention behind this text is to remind others of the beliefs we must be aware of as being heretical, in order to protect our own faith (Īmān) in this life and to attain salvation in the next life. It is also my intention to remind the heedless not to take the matter of anathematisation (Takfīr) lightly and not to kick people out of the religion based on their non-adherence to ones methodology (Manhaj or Maslak).

In this brief text, I have compiled a collection of verdicts of Maliki jurists regarding mawlid an-nabī — celebration of the blessed birth of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. I have simply compiled the verdicts of scholars, whether for or against mawlid, in this work. It is quite clear, based on the verdicts in this text, that majority of the Maliki jurists were of the opinion that it is permissible/recommended to celebrate mawlid an-nabi.

In this lab, the understanding behind the distinctiveness and amalgamation of signals was done using some experiment which will be explained later on in this report. Signals have certain characteristics and behaviour that can be interpreted in a time domain and frequency domain too. To talk more about the experiment done in this lab, we concentrated on diverse types of signals, including square, triangle, cosine, Sawtooth…etc. These signals are analysed to know about their behaviour as mentioned. We will see later on that both the input signal and the network acting on the signal have an effect on the resultant signal. We will be also looking at and using the spectrum in the frequency domain in order to interpret it the time domain. By the end of this experiment we will have a better understanding of: phase shift, rectification, quantisation and clipping of different types of signals. To do this experiment we will be using the Java Applet.

This is a prayer timetable for the month of Ramadan 2019. The twilight parameter used for Fajr is -15° and for Isha -12.5°, based on observations where Fajr is the first appearance of horizontal light across the eastern horizon and Isha being the disappearance of red twilight (when nothing but yellow and white twilight remains).
