Refund policy

Return and Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return must be initiated within 2 days from the date of receiving the item. Returning an item is not a guarantee of a refund. International returns are not accepted.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@rcpitlane.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will incur 20% re-stocking fee. The remainder of the balance will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is received.

Damages and Issues:

Returning damaged and/or used items will not be accepted.

Warranty questions need to be directed to the manufacturer.  

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstance, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for clothing, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not permitted. 

Pre-order Refunds:

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, partial deposit, full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel the order.
