Mengantisipasi keadaan tersebut maka diperlukan wilayah yang akan dijadikan lahan perkotaan dengan menganalisa kemampuan lahan untuk perkotaan tersebut. Salah satu kemampuan lahan yang harus dipertimbangkan yaitu satuan kemampuan lahan morfologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis satuan kemampuan lahan yang ada di Kabupaten Kaur dan luas dari satuan kemampuan lahan dengan analisis satuan kemampuan lahan morfologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kaur, Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dengan mengintegrasikan Teknologi Penginderaan Jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografi, Serta menggunakan algoritma SKL Morfologi. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa satuan kemampuan lahan morfologi yang terluas di Kabupaten Kaur adalah satuan kemampuan lahan dari morfologi rendah dengan luas 685 km 2 atau 26,23%. Dan satuan kemampuan lahan morfologi yang terkecil adalah satuan kemampuan lahan dari morfologi tinggi dengan luas 82 km 2 atau sekitar 3,14%

The tourism and trade sectors are the leading sectors of this city. The development of tourism and trade sector in Bukittinggi City is supported by the increasing of population, giving impact to the development of residential area in Bukittinggi City. Regulation of the minister of public works in 2008 states that the quantity and quality of space, especially green open space (RTH) continues to experience significant disununan. Urban areas should have a green open space area of 30% of the city area. Multispectral satellite imagery can be used to identify green open space in an urban area, one of which is Landsat 8 OLI and Sentinel 2A imagery. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent and spread of green open spaces in Bukittinggi City. Salah satu pemanfaatannya yaitu adalah dalam bidang pemetaan dengan menggunakan foto udara. Hasil foto udara menggunakan UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) dapat dijadikan sumber untuk melakukan pemetaan skala detail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas UAV (Aerial Unmanned Vehicle) sebagai sumber dasar untuk mengidentifikasi kepadatan bangunan di Kelurahan Benteng Pasar Atas, Kecamatan Guguk Panjang, Kota Bukittinggi.Wilayah ini merupakan sentral Pariwisata di Kota Bukittinggi, sehingga dapat memacu terjadinya aktivitas manusia yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan jumlah bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey lapangan, interpretasi citra foto udara, dan uji akurasi. Dari Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bahan dasar foto udara menggunakan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) tersebut maka akan dapat diketahui luas lahan terbangun yaitu 23 Ha, Jumlah bangunan sebanyak 478 bangunan, luas bangunan seluas 12 Ha dan kepadatan bangunan yang berada di wilayah sekitaran obyek wisata Jam Gadang yaitu Kelurahan Benteng Pasar Atas, Kecamatan Guguk Panjang, Kota Bukittinggi adalah 52%, hal ini merupakan dampak dari aktivitas manusia yang berada

Hasil Penelitian ini akan diketahui nilai dari kekuatan driving factor terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok dan prediksi penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok yaitu Kedekatan terhadap jalan memiliki nilai 0.32, kedekatan terhadap pusat pelayanan pendidikan memiliki nilai 0.28, kedekatan terhadap pusat pelayanan pemerintahan 0.27, kedekatan terhadap pasar 0.37 dan Digital Elevation Model memiliki nilai 0.38.

Punjung D... more This research originated from a flood that often hit the Batang Hari watershed in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This study aims to analyze the land characteristics and the level of flood hazard in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This research includes descriptive quantitative, the method used is the survey method and sample area. The mapping unit used is the land unit obtained from overlaying the map of landform, slope and land use. The area of the study sample was taken by stratified random sampling. The results showed that 1) the characteristics of the land in the trunk watershed area in Pulau Punjung sub-district had a denudational, fluvial, karst and volcanic land, slope of 0- 8%, 8-15%, 25-40% of land use for settlements, rice fields, scrub, plantation, forest. 2) the level of flood hazard in the study area consists of three zones, namely (a) low flood hazard zone which is 33,322 ha (75.19%), (b) moderate flood hazard zone which is 8,397 ha (18.95%) , (c) high flood hazard zone which is 2,597 ha (5.86%)

This study aims to determine the surface temperature in Solok city and urban heat island phenomenon and the relationship between land use change to surface temperature causing urban heat island in Solok City area. The method used in this research is by using one of Land Surface Temperature model to know surface temperature by using digital image processing application besides also using Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) method to get existing land use in Solok City. Using the method used will be obtained surface temperature in Solok City and Urban Heat Island phenomenon area and land use relationship with surface temperature Abstrak Pembangunan yang terjadi di Kota Solok akan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan penggunaan lahan. Perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi dengan meningkatnya lahan terbangun akan menyebabkan naiknya suhu permukaan (surface temperature) yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya urban heat island. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui suhu permukaan yang ada di Kota Solok dan daerah fenomena urban heat island dan hubungan antara perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap suhu permukaan yang menyebabkan terjadinya urban heat island di daerah Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan salah satu model Land Surface Temperature untuk mengetahui suhu permukaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan citra digital selain itu juga menggunakan metode Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) untuk mendapatkan penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok. Dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan akan didapatkan suhu permukaan yang ada di Kota Solok dan daerah fenomena Urban Heat Island serta hubungannya penggunaan lahan dengan suhu permukaan.

In this research has used some method, the first field observation and sampling for geomorphology character study were conducted. Second the mapping landslide hazard used method the MAFF Japan where integrating physical field data and spatial data using geographic information system. The results of this study where found some volcanic morphology, volcanic cones, upper slopes, middle slope, lower slopes, foot slope, and volcanic plain. The landslide hazard, where involving sources of observation and sampling for the study of geomorphological characters. From the research has found the landslide hazard in four zone, zone (I) land stable and low hazard potential large 9 ha, zone (II) land enough stable and middle hazard potential large 12.295 ha, zone (III) land less stable and high hazard potential large 1.118 ha, and Zone (IV) land unstable and highest hazard potential 0.1 ha. The typical of geomorphology, morphometry, and land use it has really influence to landslide potential to landslide hazard.

Salah satu pemanfaatannya yaitu adalah dalam bidang pemetaan dengan menggunakan foto udara. Hasil foto udara menggunakan UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) dapat dijadikan sumber untuk melakukan pemetaan skala detail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas UAV (Aerial Unmanned Vehicle) sebagai sumber dasar untuk mengidentifikasi kepadatan bangunan di Kelurahan Benteng Pasar Atas, Kecamatan Guguk Panjang, Kota Bukittinggi.Wilayah ini merupakan sentral Pariwisata di Kota Bukittinggi, sehingga dapat memacu terjadinya aktivitas manusia yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan jumlah bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey lapangan, interpretasi citra foto udara, dan uji akurasi. Dari Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bahan dasar foto udara menggunakan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) tersebut maka akan dapat diketahui luas lahan terbangun yaitu 23 Ha, Jumlah bangunan sebanyak 478 bangunan, luas bangunan seluas 12 Ha dan kepadatan bangunan yang berada di wilayah sekitaran obyek wisata Jam Gadang yaitu Kelurahan Benteng Pasar Atas, Kecamatan Guguk Panjang, Kota Bukittinggi adalah 52%, hal ini merupakan dampak dari aktivitas manusia yang berada

Perkembangan yang terjadi pada suatu kota yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan penggunaan pada suatu kota tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi di Kota Solok, Sumatera Barat meliputi luas penggunaan lahan dan luas prediksi penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok, mengidentifikasi nilai driving factor prediksi penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Interpretasi Citra Digital untuk mendapatkan hasil penggunaan lahan di Kota Solok, Survey Lapangan untuk mengetahui lokasi driving factor prediksi penggunaan lahan di Kota Solok, dan selanjutnya melakukan proses Land Change Modeler untuk mengetahui nilai driving factor perubahan penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok. Hasil Penelitian ini akan diketahui nilai dari kekuatan driving factor terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok dan prediksi penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok yaitu Kedekatan terhadap jalan memiliki nilai 0.32, kedekatan terhadap pusat pelayanan pendidikan memiliki nilai 0.28, kedekatan terhadap pusat pelayanan pemerintahan 0.27, kedekatan terhadap pasar 0.37 dan Digital Elevation Model memiliki nilai 0.38.

Punjung D... more This research originated from a flood that often hit the Batang Hari watershed in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This study aims to analyze the land characteristics and the level of flood hazard in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This research includes descriptive quantitative, the method used is the survey method and sample area. The mapping unit used is the land unit obtained from overlaying the map of landform, slope and land use. The area of the study sample was taken by stratified random sampling. The results showed that 1) the characteristics of the land in the trunk watershed area in Pulau Punjung sub-district had a denudational, fluvial, karst and volcanic land, slope of 0- 8%, 8-15%, 25-40% of land use for settlements, rice fields, scrub, plantation, forest. 2) the level of flood hazard in the study area consists of three zones, namely (a) low flood hazard zone which is 33,322 ha (75.19%), (b) moderate flood hazard zone which is 8,397 ha (18.95%) , (c) high flood hazard zone which is 2,597 ha (5.86%)

The method used in this research is by using one of Land Surface Temperature model to know surface temperature by using digital image processing application besides also using Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) method to get existing land use in Solok City. In case has done investigation character of geomorphological landscape of Mount Talang and mapping of landslide hazard potential. In this research has used some method, the first field observation and sampling for geomorphology character study were conducted. Second the mapping landslide hazard used method the MAFF Japan where integrating physical field data and spatial data using geographic information system. The results of this study where found some volcanic morphology, volcanic cones, upper slopes, middle slope, lower slopes, foot slope, and volcanic plain. The landslide hazard, where involving sources of observation and sampling for the study of geomorphological characters. From the research has found the landslide hazard in four zone, zone (I) land stable and low hazard potential large 9 ha, zone (II) land enough stable and middle hazard potential large 12.295 ha, zone (III) land less stable and high hazard potential large 1.118 ha, and Zone (IV) land unstable and highest hazard potential 0.1 ha. The typical of geomorphology, morphometry, and land use it has really influence to landslide potential to landslide hazard.

Nowadays, Hyperspectral remote sensing data are having been used for evaluating chlorophyll content. Especially, it has been shown that combining hyperspectral data and machine learning algorithms could be more effective to evaluate vegetation properties. The wasabi (Eutrema japonicum) plants were cultivated individually in Wagner plot (1/5000 a) containing 3L of tap water adjusted to a pH of 6.0 using HCl and NaOH. The 7 different treatments were applied including control, 0N, 2N, 0P, 2P, 0K, 2K, 0.5S, and 2S. A total of 100 wasabi leaves were sampled from plant tops among expanding leaves and reflectance was measured using Fieldspec4. The regression models were generated base on Random Forest (RF) machine learning algorithm using Original Reflectance (OR) and 5 preprocessing methods including First Derivative Reflectance (FDR), Continuum Removed (CR), Detrending (DT), Standard Normal Variate (SNV), and Multiplicative Scatter Correction (MSC) for estimating chlorophyll contents from reflectance. The objectives of this study were to examine the potential hyperspectral remote sensing approaches and to identify an optimized preprocessing technique for estimating chlorophyll content. The results indicate that all preprocessing technique were effective for improving estimation accuracies. Based on the ratio of performance of deviation (RPD), SNV was the best preprocessing technique with the RPD value of 2.48.

Kota solok merupakan salah satu kota yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk yang ada di Kota Solok akan meningkatkan kebutuhan, terutama kebutuhan lahan sebagai tempat tinggal, hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan lahan di Kota Solok. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode yang berbasis penginderaan jauh dan SIG, yaitu dengan pengolahan citra satelit Landsat tm 5, Landsat etm 7 dan Landsat8 OLI, menggunakan metode Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) dan metode Overlay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan perubahan lahan yang terjadi di Kota Solok, baik itu total luas perubahan dan lokasi perubahan penggunaan lahan itu sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan di Kota Solok mengalami perubahan yang signifikan yaitu Lahan Terbangun. Pada tahun 1990 sampai dengan tahun 2000 lahan terbangun mengalami peningkatan seluas 115 hektar (84,69%). Dan pada tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2015 mengalami peningkatan seluas 614 hektar (181,65%). ABSTRACT The development of cities can be characterized by the number of inner city libraries. Solok City is one of the cities in West Sumatera Province. Increasing the number of residents in Solok City will increase the need, especially the needs of land as a residence, this causes land in the city of Solok. In this research using remote sensing and GIS based methods, by processing Landsat tm 5, Landsat etm 7 and Landsat8 OLI satellite images, using Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) and Overlay method. This study aims to inform the development that occurred in the city of Solok, be it a larger number of villages themselves. The results of this study can be known Land Usage Change in Solok City which means significant that is Lahan Terbangun. In 1990 until 2000 the land was built with an area of 115 hectares (84.69%). And in 2000 until the year 2015 last month of 614 hectares (181.65%). PENDAHULUAN Pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat serta bertambahnya tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat akan lahan seringkali mengakibatkan benturan kepentingan atas penggunaan lahan serta terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara penggunaan lahan dengan rencana peruntukannya (Khadiyanto, 2015). Alih fungsi lahan dalam arti perubahaan penggunaan lahan, pada dasarnya tidak dapat dihindarkan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan (Lisdiyono,2004). Secara umum penggunaan lahan di Indonesia merupakan akibat nyata dari proses yang lama dari adanya interaksi yang tetap, adanya keseimbangan, serta keadaan dinamis antara aktifitas-aktifitas penduduk diatas lahan dan keterbatasan-keterbatasan didalam lingkungan tempat hidup (As-syakur dkk., 2010).
