Most of hospitalized children facing stress during hospital care which one of its
indication is getting anxious. Nursing care by using holistic care oriented is expected to be able
to reduce stress during hospitalization. This research aims to reveal the influence of nursing care
by using modified holistic care model toward the stress reduction of pediatric patients. This
research was designed in two stages. The first stage was compiling modul and the second was
testing the modul by using “Quasy experimental” design and pre post control group non
randomized design. The population of this research was taken from 50 hosptalized children in
Syamrabu hospital which consist of 15 patient in each group as the sampel. Mann whitney,
wilcoxon, t independent and t dependent test were used for the hypothesis test. Meanwhile,
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the asistance of Lisrel student program was used to
test the model. The result of this research shows that nursing care by applying modified holistic
care model could reduce stress hospitalization to the pediatric patients. However, it could
ameliorate coping behaviour (p=0,000), it could reduce the stress both on psychological
dimension (Children became cooperative) (p=0,023) and on social dimension (interpersonal
relation got improved) (p=0,035). Moreover, the stress on spiritual dimension could also be
reduced (patients and the family got determined) (p=0,002) and importantly, it could lower the cortisol level of the pediatric patients (p = 0,031). Nursing care by using modified holistic care
model can be applied by nurses in taking care the hospitalized patients. The stress reduction and
the shortened-hospitalized period became one of the bases in holistic care model implementation.

Introduction: The condition of the child during hospitalization can experience stress due to environmental changes. Child coping mechanism is very supportive of the adaptation process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of family support system on coping mechanisms during hospitalization. Methods: It was quasi-experimental with pre-test post-test with control group design. The study population was preschool children who were treated in the Hospital of Bangkalan, East Java Province, Indonesia. Total sample was 60 respondents in treatment and control group and obtained consecutive sampling. The variables were family support system and coping mechanism. Data collection used Children’s Coping Behavior questionnaire and tested by paired t-test. Results: The treatment group showed the coping mechanism was mostly maladaptive (mean=34.07) and after the intervention most of them had adaptive coping (mean=46.87). Whereas in the control group before the intervention, the coping mechanism was mostly maladaptive (mean=36.22) and after the intervention most of the coping groups had maladaptive coping (mean=36.74). Conclusion: Family support systems play an important role in improving the adaptive coping of preschool children during hospitalization. Nurses should maximise family support as a strategy in interacting with children to enhance coping mechanisms to reduce the stress of hospitalization.

ABSTRAC Premarital sexual behavior is a serious problem and is increasing every year. With an average occurrence of 105 events in premarital seksual behavior in 2016. The results of a preliminary study occurred as many as 20 events in premarital sexual behavior in SMKN 1 Bangkalan. The case of intercourse was recorded as a case with the highest number of cases of abuse. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of peers and the role of mass media on premarital sexual behavior of adolescents class X in SMKN 1 Bangkalan. This research method was analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable of peer influence and mass media while the dependent variable of premarital sexual behavior of adolescent. The population was 75 respondents, the sample is 63 respondents. The sampling used simple random sampling, the instrument used is questionnaire. Statistic test used by Somers'd with significance value α 0,05. The results showed that peer influence showed almost all 55 people (87%) had high-risk peer influence. The results of the stereotype Somers'd concluded there was influence of peers against the incidence of teenage sexual behavior in SMKN 1 Bangkalan. While the utilization of the mass media and a half of the respondents have a good utilization rate by as much as 38 people (60%). Based on statistic test of Somers'd concluded there was influence of mass media utilization level to the occurrence of adolescent sexual behavior in SMKN 1 Bangkalan. The efforts to handle or prevent premarital sexual behavior is by educating and protecting teenagers. The parents should be given an adequate knowledge of particular sexual behaviors, premarital counseling by giving due importance to teens in interacting with friends and receiving more information in the mass media.

Introduction: Low birth weight babies are those born with weight less than 2,500 grams. The preliminary finding of the research showed that, of 20 mothers, 5 mothers (50%) were not able to maintain temperature and warmness, 5 mothers (50%) were not able to provide babies with blankets, 6 mothers (60%) were not able to breastfeed on their babies, and 4 mothers (40%) were able to prevent infection. This study was aimed to analyze the differences in mothers' behaviors in LBNB (BBLR) care before and after anticipatory guidance. Method: This research employed One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Population consisted of 21 mothers who had LBNB and sample which used simple random sampling technique consisted of 19 mothers. Questionnaire was used to measure pre and post test. Data analysis technique used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Result: The result showed before anticipatory guidance of 48,6% with less category and after anticipatory guidance 87,7% with both categories. Conclusion: Paired T Test showed that 05. 0 000. 0    a p , there was a difference before and after anticipatory guidance. midwives should provide anticipatory guidance to mothers with low birth weight babies at home, so that mothers will acquire knowledge and able to prevent hypothermia and infection.

The recognition seekers, family nurses, providers, educators, and motivators are family roles that can improve the adaptability of family members with mental disorder. So, it needs the strengthening of family potency to increase the role of the family. The purpose of this research is to analyze model of family role and potency strengthening to improve the adaptability of family members with mental disorder. The design of this study was observational with cross sectional approach. The variables in this study were strengthening family potency meanwhile and client adaptability. The study population was 55 families with 49 family samples using cluster sampling method. The research instrument was questionnaire. Smart PLS was used for reseach data analysis technique. The results indicated that the family potency strengthening significantly affected the family role with T-statistics 4.411>1.96, the family role significantly affected the client's adaptability with the T-statistics 2.395>1.96. However, family potency strengtheing did not affect the client's adaptability with the results of T-statistics 1.858 <1.96. This suggests that the strengthening of family potency will increase the family role, the family role will increase client adaptability. The new finding of this research is that there is a model of family role and potency strengthening to improve the adaptability of family members with mental disorder. Potency strengthening benefits to the family to enhance their role to improve adaptability of family members with mental disorder.

Introduction: Stroke is a disorder of the central nervous system that can impair vital functions of the brain such as impaired coordination, impaired posture control, sensation, motion reflexes, and balance disorders such as the balance of sitting and standing. Complementary therapies like Motor Relearning Program (MRP) and Bobath Method have been involved. The aim was to analyze the differences between MRP and Bobath Method to increase standing balance in stroke patients. Method: A quasi-experimental research design is conducted, and respondents were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given the MRP and the control group was given the Bobath Method. Total sample 24 stroke patients were included as participants and obtained by simple random sampling. The independent variables were the MRP and Bobath Method. The dependent variable was standing balance. The data obtained by the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) analyzed using paired t-test and Independent t-test with a significance value of α≤0.05. Results: The MRP (p=0.000) and Bobath method (p = 0.010) can improve standing balance. The differences in the effectiveness between MRP and Bobath Method showed a significance value of (p=0.006). Conclusion: Bobath method cause complex interactions of the sensory system and musculoskeletal and then regulated in the brain. Thus, MRP was more effective because it causes the cognitive, associative and autonomic to increase standing balance in stroke patients.

Background: The COVID-19 epidemic has caused serious threats to
physical health and human life, including in Indonesia. After the
announcement of Indonesia's emergency response to Covid-19 by the
central government on March 16, 2020, the number of sufferers of
Covid-19 is increase rapidly. Health Care Providers who are at the
forefront of handling patients with Covid-19 could be experience
psychological distress such as anxiety, stress and depression. Prolonged
psychological distress can be contribute to their performance, decision
making self-harm in advanced.
Aim: to identify determinant factors of psychological distress
experienced by health care providers during the Covid-19 pandemic in
Indonesia
Method:This study was a cross sectional survey. Respondents were taken
using the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis used Pearson
product moment to determine the influence of variables and multiple
linear regression to determine the most dominant factor.
Results: Six hundred and eighty two healthcare providers were involved
in this study. There was a relationship between sex (p = 0.001), age (p =
0.028), Health Care Providers (p = 0.014) and workplace (p = 0.08) with
anxiety levels and there was no relationship between education (p =
0.063) and marital status (p = 0.213) with anxiety levels. There is a
relationship between sex (p = 0.007), Health Care Providers (p = 0.012),
and marital status (p = 0.011) with stress levels, there is no relationship
between age (p = 0.342), Education (p = 0.096) and workplace (p = 0.19)
with stress levels. hypertension (p = 0.731) and alcohol consumption (p
= 0.169). there is a relationship between workplace and depression level
(p = 0.011) and there is no relationship between sex (p = 0.238), age (p
= 0.434), education (p = 0.082), Health Care Providers (p = 0.064) and
marital status (p = 0.458) with the level of depression of Health Care
Providers. Sex was a dominant factor on anxiety, stress, and depression
level and has a Beta value of 0.124 for anxiety, stress level has a Beta
value of 0.119.
Conclusion: Gender, Health Care Providers and marital status have a
significant relationship with the level of stress of Health Care Providers in
Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The workplace has a significant
relationship with the level of depression in Indonesia Health Care
Providers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Special attention needs to be
paid to health care providers by providing free counseling at each health
service venue. Improved facilities and tools to improve security for health
care providers.

Performance appraisal is problematic if it does not describe competence. Design of the research was explorative descriptive research with a research and development approach. The sample was 110 nurses obtained by cluster sampling based on inclusion criteria. Data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. Development of instruments based on Focus Group Discussion and expert discussion. The result show evaluation of components in the nurse performance appraisal system when viewed according to its indicators, most are rated in the sufficient category. Assessment criteria and performance records get enough categories in the highest percentage of 76.4%, evaluation of the standard components of work behavior assessment is mostly not done with percentages above 20%, performance appraisal instruments do not describe the performance of nurses and do not conform to standards.

Increasing the number of DM patients becoming one of the global health threats (Perkeni, 2015) and 70% DM cases are mostly in developing countries including Indonesia (Tot et al., 2016 in Tristiana et al, 2016). The American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the Indonesian Endocrinology Society (PERKENI) recommend resistance exercise to improve blood glucose for patients with type 2 diabetes.Analyze the effect of resistance exercise on blood glucose and HbA1C in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.We identified articles through databse searching: Sage, Proquest, Science Direct, Springerlink, and EbscoHost, published between (2008-2018).Seven articles were analyzed and selected from 65 journal articles found for this systematic review. The studied evaluated that the resistance exercise intervention are recommended for patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Introduction: COVID-19 is unprecedented, especially for parents with children aged 2-12 years old who are prone to infection due to their activities. The psychological condition of parents will be affected as they are worried about their children being infected with COVID-19.Methods: This study aims to identify and analyse the psychological aspects of parents who are caring for children during the COVID-19 pandemic.Results: The results showed that as many as 236 parents (80.9%) showed an emotional anxiety response. The social reaction to the COVID-19 situation was more likely to be a positive response (73.8%) rather than a negative response.Conclusion: The reactions that occur in parents who have pre-school and school-aged children regarding the COVID-19 were anxiety and worry. Reactions arise due to the information obtained being less verifiable, namely social media.
