Tommy Fingers's men found six abandoned cars in a rock quarry and decided to use them to their own benefit, unaware that they were actually unconscious Transformers from 70 years in the future. In particular, they filled Motormaster with dynamite and planned to use him to blow their way into a bank vault. Three days later, members of G.I. Joe and Cobra time traveled to 1937 to retrieve the Transformers, most of which were kept in the garage of Tommy's night club. They infiltrated the club, where the Baroness seduced Fingers himself to learn about what he was planning to do with the vehicles. She then took the gangster out of the picture by spiking his drink, leaving him sleeping soundly while she and her teammates located the cars. To make things worse for Tommy, his bank robbery plans were foiled after the time travelers took back Motormaster. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #2
