In the context of using technological tools for Research in Music, this article intends to analyse the voice of the famous Brazilian bass-baritone, Amin Feres, through Alberto José Vieira Pacheco’s method of statistical analysis for voice. By applying this method to the three songs from “Beiramar, a musical work by Marlos Nobre that was composed to Feres’ voice, this paper intends to define certain measurements such as tessitura, vocal range, as well as good and bad vocal regions of his voice.
