Questi versi sono dedicati ad una persona a me cara che nel momento più buio della vita ha deciso di farla finita. Purtroppo, la depressione porta anche a questo. Spero che i miei versi terranno viva la sua memoria.

The Western Middle Ages, ever since the conversion to the Christian faith became part of that same Christian framework. From the city to the country, from the lord to the serf, Christendom welded the intimate life of all. The clergy of the Church, very numerous at the time, were, on their own, one of the three social orders: the Oratores, those who pray. The Church became the most important teacher of clerics and laymen who were formed in its structures. Life in general in the Middle Ages revolved around the Church and followed its teachings.

So be it, let the music be played in the great halls of our times; let all participate in this wondrous concert of Art and Poesy. [J.M.Camilleri]
