At the initial stage, this task involves the creation and development of the Joint Digital Archive (JDA) of photographic observations. The total number of photographic plates in the UkrVO collection exceeds 300 thousands, including not only the positional but also the spectral and photometric observations. The JDA pilot version includes only positional observations (http://ukrvo.org/science/index.php?b1&2). Till the March of 2014, the JDA database contains more than 38 thousands records and more than 6 thousands of the digitized images from glass collections of Main Astronomical Observatory NAS of Ukraine (MAO NASU), Crimean Astrophysical Observatory (CrAO), Nikolaev Astronomical Observatory (RI NAO), and astronomical observatories of the national universities in Kyiv (AO KNU), L’viv (AO LNU), an...

We used the 702-mm telescope (ZTS-702) of the N.D.Kalinenkov's astronomical observatory (Nikolaev's State Pedagogical Institute) with CCD SBIG ST-7. Basic characteristics of the system ZTS-702+ST-7: -focal length -2804 mm (primary focus); -field of view -5.2x7.4 arcmin 2 ; -limiting magnitudes – 19 m . CCD observations of objects was obtained in 1998 august 20. We had a instrumental photometric system, consisting from filters combinations: BG5+BGG21 (for b band), YG17+BGG21 (for v band), RG-14 (for r band) and IRG-1 (for i band). Three images in each band's were received for an estimation of accuracy of definition of stars magnitudes. Shain's areas contain a direct images (~900 plates) and negatives obtained with an objective prism (>500 plates) in 1950-1965 years in Simeis and Nauchniy. This is results of photographic observations of selected regions of the Milky Way and standards of North Pole. Part of the plates for other programs obtained in 1935-1949 years and in 1972-1990 years. A brief history of the collection and its status, the methodical questions of digital imaging and processing means of Virtual Observatory are present.

Presenting them in formats supported by IVOA applications, contributes to their operative use and analysis. We discuss a possibility of creating a Global On-line Database for archived Multiwavelength Observations of Gamma-ray bursts and its further using for robotic observations. The example of using such a database for the cataloging and study of known and unknown objects is demonstrated through the on-line archive of the Crimean Astronomical Virtual Observatory.

Emphasis is placed on the DB that are not present in the most complete global library catalogs and data tables - VizieR (supported by a Strasbourg ADC). Separately, it posed the question of forming a digital archive of observational data obtained in the CrAO - like interactive DB related to database objects and publications. Examples of all the above DB as an element integrated into the the Crimean Astronomical Virtual Observatory, presented in the report. Work with database CrAO illustrated with using tools International Virtual Observatory - Aladin, VOPlot, VOSpec in conjunction with DB VizieR and Simbad.

Based on the obtained data, the parameters of dwarf stars have been estimated, included in the catalog "Stars with solar-type activity" (GTSh10). The following matters are considered: searching methodology of negatives with positions of studied stars and with calculated limited magnitude; image viewing and reduction with the facilities of the International Virtual Observatory; the preliminary results of the photometry of studied objects.

About 600 images were obtained in the V band (Johnsons system). Centres of the observed areas correspond to the maximum concentration of stars with the solar-type activity. Using the V-band magnitude values from the GTSh10 catalogue we analysed the flare activity of the stars. The catalogue of observations with the shared access through the Aladin interface was compiled.

In this paper, we consider the statistics, which represents the journal "Izvestia of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory" in the SAO/NASA ADS. As the example of articles from the print version of the journal we consider the possibility to access the world's astronomical databases for obtaining additional information about the investigated objects. We describe briefly on-line virtual applications for the graphical information display.

It includes objects with dark spots, with hydrogen and calcium chromospheric emissions, with short-lived flares in different ranges of wavelengths, with radio and X-ray radiation of stellar coronae. The Catalogue contains 5535 objects.

First at-tempts to digitize them and to make them available via VO formats and protocols of data transfer and processing were undertaken during last years. The involved observatories are Crimean Astrophysical Observatory (CrAO) and Main Astronomical observatory NAS of Ukraine (MAO NASU).The project of spectral archive digitizing is carried out within the framework of Ukrainian Virtual Observatory -UkrVO. The core of UkrVO is a Joint Dig-ital Archive (JDA) of photographic and CCD observations. On-line data-bases of spectral photographic collections and their fitting for VO tools set are the further enhancement of the idea of JDA.
