Implementation of green IT in educational industry has not felt optimally. Perceived complexity becomes source of hesitation for Human Resource in implementing of green IT, in fact of green IT becomes source of educational industries in gaining competitive advantage. Reviewing from phenomenon, so study focuses on the correlation of perceived complexity, green IT and competitive advantage in educational industries. Quantitative research is conducted through questionnaire to 75 Human Resource of IT in educational industries, with using path analysis. Research finding is known that perceived complexity has negative correlation with green IT and competitive advantage. Besides that, green IT is found to be able to become mediation in trying to improve competitive advantage.

English is the International language which is already to be mastered by everyone in this age. Almost all aspects of life already need even require that any person can master the English language, but there are still many people who find them difficult for various reasons. By utilizing the technology development, information and communications nowadays, the author intends to create an english education website with waterfall method so that everyone can get the knowledge and the teaching of the English language easily and inexpensively without having to come in state institutions, formal or non-formal, also independent for web users because they do not have to come face to face with a tutor or teacher. In addition, the presence of English education web, everyone can learn English anywhere and anytime. This English education website contains subject matter of elementary school to middle school covering grammar, tenses and vocab with a grain of text, images, videos, articles and practice questions. Hopefully, by the this English education web, the ability of web users, especially in Indonesia could be better. Keyword : The information system of design, english language, education web Abstrak-Bahasa Inggris merupakan Bahasa Internasional yang sebenarnya sudah harus dikuasai oleh setiap orang di zaman ini. Hampir semua aspek kehidupan sudah memerlukan bahkan mengharuskan setiap orang dapat menguasai bahasa inggris, namun masih saja banyak orang yang menganggapnya sulit dengan berbagai alasan. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi sekarang, penyusun bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah web edukasi bahasa inggris sehingga setiap orang bisa mendapatkan ilmu dan pengajaran bahasa inggris dengan mudah dan murah tanpa harus datang pada suatu lembaga formal maupun non-formal, juga mandiri karena pengguna web tidak harus bertatapmuka langsung dengan tutor maupun pengajar. Selain itu, dengan adanya web edukasi bahasa inggris ini, setiap orang bisa mempelajari bahasa inggris dimana saja dan kapan saja. Web edukasi bahasa inggris ini memuat materi pelajaran sekolah dasar hingga menengah meliputi grammar, tenses dan vocab dengan sajian teks, gambar, video, artikel dan soal-soal latihan. Abstrak Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) adalah suatu program aplikasi interaktif yang menerapkan metode dalam kecerdasan buatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media penyampai informasi maupun sebagai media evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) atau Sistem Tutor Cerdas (STC), memberikan keleluasaan pada siswa untuk mengaplikasikan ketrampilannya dengan melaksanakan tugas atau mengerjakan latihan-latihan pada pelajaran tertentu secara interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan konsep-konsep, teori maupun pengembangan model/arsitektur untuk STC dengan menggunakan Bayesian Network. Selain tujuan di atas, penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana Bayesian Network digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif siswa dalam fisika dasar, beserta saran/rekomendasi pedagogic agar STC lebih adaptif. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini setelah dilakukan ujicoba dengan data sampel 100 siswa SMP Islamic Boarding System Darul Muta'allimin Tasikmalaya untuk diukur kemampuan kognitifnya dengan metode Bayesian Network yaitu 33% Tinggi, 41% Sedang, dan 26% rendah. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menghasilkan suatu tool tutoring untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif menerapkan konsep ITS dengan menggunakan metode Bayesian Network. Kata Kunci : bayesian network, intelligent tutoring system , kemampuan kognitif Abstract Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) is an interactive application program that implements the method of artificial intelligence that can be used as a medium conveys information as well as the evaluation of the media in the learning process. Intelligent Tutoring System enabling students to apply their skills to carry out a task or doing exercises on specific subjects interactively. This study aims to describe the concepts , theory and model development / architecture for Intelligent Tutoring System by using Bayesian Network. In addition to the above objectives , this study is also to determine how the Bayesian Network is used to measure the cognitive abilities of students in bbasic physics , along with suggestions / recommendations that the pedagogic intelligent tutoring system more adaptive. The final results obtained from this study after the tests with a data sample of 100 junior high school students Islamic Boarding System Darul Muta'allimin Tasikmalaya for cognitive abilities measured by the method of Bayesian Network namely 33 % High , Medium 41 % , and 26 % lower. In addition , this study also produced a tutoring tool to measure cognitive ability to apply the concept of ITS using the Bayesian Network.

This study aims to build a model of multimedia learning such as drill and practice that improve for student learning outcomes. The method used is us in this research is a method of research and development (R & D). Its for test the performance of the media as well as determine the feasibility of this game was tested to the field. It is hoped this game could help improve student learning outcomes. This study also aims to determine the views and interests of students towards learning using multimedia learning model of drill and practice, and to see the validity or appropriateness interactive quiz game that has been built as well as to see the students' multimedia assessment have been developed. Questionnaires were used in this study include field survey questionnaire used is given to two junior high school students of Islamic Boarding School Darul Muta'allimin Tasikmalaya and student assessment questionnaire to the interactive quiz game. In this research showed that almost all of the students gave positive responses regarding the use of multimedia learning model such as drill and practice with an interactive quiz game, students give a very good assessment of the learning multimedia interactive quiz game with a percentage rating of 91, 979%, and get increased learning outcomes. Abstrak-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun multimedia pembelajaran model drill and practice untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development(R&D). Menguji kinerja media serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan game ini diujikan ke lapangan. Diharapkan game ini mampu membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran model drill and practice dan untuk melihat validitas atau kelayakan game kuis interaktif yang telah dibangun serta untuk melihat penilaian siswa terhadap multimedia yang telah dikembangkan. Kuisioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah kuisioner survey lapangan yang diberikan kepada 2 siswa SMP IBS Darul Muta'allimin Tasikmalaya dan kuisioner penilaian siswa terhadap game kuis interaktif. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yaitu hampir seluruh siswa memberikan respon positif mengenai pembelajaran yang menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran model drill and practice dengan game kuis interaktif , siswa memberikan penilaian sangat baik terhadap multimedia pembelajaran game kuis interaktif dengan persentase penilaian sebesar 91.979%, dan mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar.
