This study analyzes the factors that influence poverty alleviation in Aceh, Indonesia. It looks at the priority given to poverty reduction in the budget and the effectiveness with which it is addressed and disseminated. To determine good practices and lessons learnt from this process of poverty alleviation public expenditure, we examine the written material on poverty in Aceh, budget documents, focus group discussions, and interviews with stakeholders in the policy process in the government, community leaders, and the community. We also look at the structural and cultural problems believed to be at heart of Aceh’s high levels of poverty.

This research conducted to investigate the difference in perceived quality, satisfaction, and conative loyalty on museum visitors in Banda Aceh. Data collected as many as 100 questionnaires. The sample in this research was the visitors who had visited the Museum Tsunami Aceh and Museum Aceh. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Technique of analysis using different test average pairwise (Paired Sample T Test). Based on t-test results found that there is no difference between the perceived quality, satisfaction, and visitors conative loyalty at Museum Tsunami Aceh and Museum Aceh. This paper analyses budget allocation and poverty alleviation strategy in Aceh’s post conflict and tsunami. It is aimed (1) to identify conditions and the cause of poverty in Aceh, (2) to analyze poverty alleviation budget and programs in Aceh and (3) to find a suitable poverty alleviation strategy in post conflict and tsunami in Aceh.  The study was conducted in 2015-2016 using budget data of 2013 and 2014 collected from 7 districts in Aceh, 3 districts representing the west coast, 3 other representing the east coast, and 1 in the capital city of Banda Aceh. Meanwhile, the survey was conducted through in-depth interview technique reinforced by FGD in six districts i.e. Bener Meriah, Gayo Lues, Pidie Jaya, North Aceh, Aceh Barat, and Simeulue. This research aims to know the effect of brand equity to purchase intention with subjective norms as a moderating. The empirical study conducted at Asus brand notebook consumers in Banda Aceh City, used a questionnaire as research instrument, which sample in this study of 150 people. Non Probability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. The analysis method is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used as the method of analysis with IBM SPSS 20 software. The result of this research indicates that the brand equity influential purchase intention, subjective norm influential on purchase intention, and beside that result that subjective norm moderate influential of brand equity to purchase intention.
