Data were collected from 180 individuals through a self-administered, five-point Likert scale questionnaire and was analyzed through SPSS, Regression and Pearson correlation analyses were conducted on the dataset. The results confirmed that employee training considerably affects employee performance, turnover, and overall organizational development.

Data is collected and analyzed by following the grounded theory method. It is found that pharmaceutical marketing practices have led to physicians’ loose adherence to ethics that exploits their materialistic approach. The pharmaceutical companies use personalized services, product incentivization, and even sometimes misleading and partially proven scientific claims as marketing strategies.
