This study was conducted in the banking sector of Malakand Division Khyber Pukhtunkhwa. The objectives of the study were to investigate how training can affect employee performance, turnover, and overall organizational development in the banking sector. Data were collected from 180 individuals through a self-administered, five-point Likert scale questionnaire and was analyzed through SPSS, Regression and Pearson correlation analyses were conducted on the dataset. The results confirmed that employee training considerably affects employee performance, turnover, and overall organizational development.
