The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SVLK Timber Legality and Verification System, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management for wood and wood-based products on the competitiveness of the wood industry in Central Java. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and SVLK research on the wood industry in Indonesia's Central Java province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di Jakarta dan Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 667 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational culture. This research is a case study that analyzes the problem of the Faith-Learning Integration management process for the Korean Sunday School “Y” in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. This research aimed to measure the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge sharing on teacher innovation capability mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 781 samples. Data processing used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research showed that explicit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through organizational learning mediation, while tacit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational learning mediation. Novelty research was proposing a model for building teacher innovation capability through tacit and explicit knowledge sharing with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Non-formal education is predicted to be the future backbone in supporting the literacy in highly populated country (Ololube, 2012). This study aims to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the innovation ability of the teachers in West Java which are mediated by organizational culture. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection is done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in West Java. The results of the returned and valid questionnaire are 667 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation ability, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational culture. This new research proposes a model to build innovation capabilities of the teachers among teachers in West Java through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with organizational culture as a mediator. This research can pave the way to increase teacher readiness in the face of the education 4.0.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles toward lecture performance in some private university in Tangerang. The study population are lecture of private university as many as 120 lectures from 14 of private university and data collection methods by giving an electronics questionnaire to the lectures of private university in Tangerang. The data analysis tool of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational, transactional and authorian leadership style have positive and significant affected to lecture performance. Transformational leadership and authentic leadership has no significant effect to lecture performance.

The aim of this research was to identify and investigate the awareness of non moslem consumers as respondents in Indonesia to buy halal-labeled food products. Research on consumer awareness of intention to purchase halal-labeled food products is still inadequate in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method that is an explorative case study. Primary data collection uses a semi-structured interview with 10 (ten) of non-Muslim consumers in Indoenesia who have been determined using purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that majority of respondents have a positive awareness of halal labeled foods, including their benefits and food processing production process. This study can be concluded that the majority of non-Muslim consumer respondents already have good knowledge, understanding and perception of halal food packaging that is safe, hygienic, clean, is produced in a clean and guaranteed quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the implementation of the ISO 38200: 2018 management system on the competitiveness of companies for the paper industry. This research was carried out in several companies that use wood as raw material for production in Kalimantan Indonesia with a total of 263 company respondents who have implemented a management system ISO 38200: 2018. The research background is due to lack of research on the benefits of ISO 38200:2018 in wood companies in Borneo Indonesia. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires on september until october 2019 and analyzing data processing use Structural Equation Model (SEM) and software Linear Structural Model (LISREL) version 8.70. The results show that the implementation of ISO 38200:2018 has significantly influenced business competitiveness such as increase customer satisfaction index, increase sales, increase productivity and safety and employee satisfaction.

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melakukan sistematis literature review,  terhadap 6 (enam) artikel model kepempimpinan dari jurnal international bereputasi, bertujuan mendeskripsikan,  menyarankan bagaimana artikel tersebut  dievaluasi dan mengidentifikasi kesalahan umum dalam artikel tersebut.Metode yang digunakan adalan Sistematic Literature review terhadap 6 artikel yang terbit di jurnal international bereputasi yang membahas model kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan menengah dan tinggi. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan dari 6 artikel tersebut menunjukkan kesamaan yaitu kepemimpinan transaksional, transformasional, karismatik, birokrasi dan demokrasi menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja lembaga pendidikan.

Artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan mereview 3 buah artikel dari penerbit jurnal yang bereputasi, dengan cara mengevaluasi kekurangan pada artikel-artikel tersebut. Methode artikel review dengan berdasarkan pada sistematik penulisan yang berlaku secara umum pada penulisan Journal International. Ke tiga artikel yang direview semua membahas tentang pentingnya pengembangan human capital dan pentingnya investasi pada dunia pendidikkan agar tujuan meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis dari gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan otokratis  serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja penerapan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000 pada industri makanan  di Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelidiki dan mendalami peluang, minat  dan hambatan mahasiswa doktoral dalam melakukan publikasi pada jurnal internasional bereputasi seperti Scopus dan Web of Science.
