This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di Jakarta dan Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 667 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational culture. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. This research aimed to measure the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge sharing on teacher innovation capability mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 781 samples. Data processing used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research showed that explicit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through organizational learning mediation, while tacit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational learning mediation. Novelty research was proposing a model for building teacher innovation capability through tacit and explicit knowledge sharing with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles toward lecture performance in some private university in Tangerang. The study population are lecture of private university as many as 120 lectures from 14 of private university and data collection methods by giving an electronics questionnaire to the lectures of private university in Tangerang. The data analysis tool of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational, transactional and authorian leadership style have positive and significant affected to lecture performance. Transformational leadership and authentic leadership has no significant effect to lecture performance.

The aim of this research was to identify and investigate the awareness of non moslem consumers as respondents in Indonesia to buy halal-labeled food products. Research on consumer awareness of intention to purchase halal-labeled food products is still inadequate in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method that is an explorative case study. Primary data collection uses a semi-structured interview with 10 (ten) of non-Muslim consumers in Indoenesia who have been determined using purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that majority of respondents have a positive awareness of halal labeled foods, including their benefits and food processing production process. This study can be concluded that the majority of non-Muslim consumer respondents already have good knowledge, understanding and perception of halal food packaging that is safe, hygienic, clean, is produced in a clean and guaranteed quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the implementation of the ISO 38200: 2018 management system on the competitiveness of companies for the paper industry. This research was carried out in several companies that use wood as raw material for production in Kalimantan Indonesia with a total of 263 company respondents who have implemented a management system ISO 38200: 2018. The research background is due to lack of research on the benefits of ISO 38200:2018 in wood companies in Borneo Indonesia. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires on september until october 2019 and analyzing data processing use Structural Equation Model (SEM) and software Linear Structural Model (LISREL) version 8.70. The results show that the implementation of ISO 38200:2018 has significantly influenced business competitiveness such as increase customer satisfaction index, increase sales, increase productivity and safety and employee satisfaction.
