Model design and development Hannafin Peck as is used the basis for instructional design model. This study is the first phase of the four phases, which includes requirements analysis, design, development and evaluation. This phase consists of three different steps carried out on student who take this course and find it difficult to achieve excellent grades through the conventional method of 'chalk and talk'. Learning methods which apply the cognitive theory of multimedia learning by using the interactive multimedia courseware in learning weblog Engineering Hydrology courses can improve the results of teaching and learning in line with Bloom's Taxonomy and Anderson. The instruments used are interviews and questionnaires. Analysis using SPSS with Alpha Cronbach 0.977 was achieved. Therefore, it was proven that student ability, achievement and skill acquired were positively higher. Delphi Technique consisting of three rounds was modified with the construction of a survey instrument using open interview involving experts in this field. Meanwhile in the second round, questionnaires were constructed and developed. The third round was aimed at developing the interactive Learning Cousereware Multimedia Weblog for the Engineering Hydrology course. Data analysis was done to determine the lavel of consistency between the analysis sample and Wilcoxon sign-rank test.

This study aims to develop the Interactive Multimedia Courseware in Engineering Hydrology learnin... more This study aims to develop the Interactive Multimedia Courseware in Engineering Hydrology learning based on blended learning and knowing the usability of courseware developed. The development has been model adapted from the model of development of multimedia learning by Alessi and Trolip consisting of three procedures, namely planning, design and development which is also equipped with standard components, continuous assessment and project management. This development will result in constructing the Interactive Multimedia Courseware that may be used in the teaching of Engineering Hydrology courses which will be able to improve cognitive levels consistent with Bloom's Taxonomy and Anderson. Data analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques using SPSS software. Assessment results base on the courseware through alpha test 4.45 (content experts) and 4.67 (expert systems). Meanwhile, a result of beta testing was 4.28 with 0.977 Cronbach Alpha reliability. In addition, the cognitive level competency test pretest (prior) and posttest (after) using courseware shows that scores increased gain in the value of g = 0853 (N-gain> 0.70). Therefore it showed that the courseware developed is effective in teaching and learning. In addition, the results of t-test with α = 0.002 (α ≤ 0.05) with the results obtained concludes that there are significant differences. In conclusion, the products developed suitable and meet the needs of teaching and learning to improve student understanding and achievement in difficult courses such as hydrological engineering can too now obtain a high lavel of achievement.

This study aims to design Courseware Multimedia Interactive Learning Weblog Engineering Hydrology... more This study aims to design Courseware Multimedia Interactive Learning Weblog Engineering Hydrology. Model design and development Hannafin Peck as the basis for instructional design model. This study is an extension of the requirements analysis phase was carried out. In this study, explain and discuss the design development phase of the four criteria which have to be taken into account, namely, the design of the courseware content, learning and teaching design strategy, design description and design of multimedia elements towards the construction of a storyboard, flowchart and prototypes. Methods and learning strategies based on behavioral theory, the theory of constructivism and cognitivism theory multimedia learning using interactive multimedia courseware in learning weblog Engineering Hydrology courses can improve learning outcomes and teaching in accordance with Bloom's Taxonomy and Anderson. The results of this study are used in the development phase of the courseware. The instrument using interviews and questionnaires intended. Analysis using SPSS with Alpha Cronbach 0.965. As a result, it can improve the skills and high student achievement. A modified Delphi technique with the establishment survey instrument using interview questions in the first round to open up ICT specialists, content specialists Engineering Hydrology and Engineering Hydrology expert instructor courses and produce questionnaire in the second round. Meanwhile, the third round was to get agreement needs of developing Interactive Learning Courseware Mutimedia Weblog for the course Engineering Hydrology. Data analysis to determine the level of consistency between the analysis of the sample using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test.
