The Internet has been considered a new alternative for teaching-learning processes; vocational assessment; counseling and orientation (virtual psychological consultation); and intervention focused on specific health-related problems. The experiences of on-line psychological services and their conclusions constitute a valuable body of knowledge for the e-learners and interested users of the psychology science. However, such knowledge is widespread in the World Wide Web and consequently hardly accessed by the end-users. In this paper, an e-course platform is presented that serves the delivery of such knowledge via instructional-informative and communication web tools.

The success of the e-learning platforms observed the last years has created an increasingly demand for e-learning suites in universities, academic institutions and schools, which has led to design and development of a large number of commercial and open source synchronous and asynchronous e-learning platforms. Each new e-learning platform presents its own learning model and the comparison of the e-learning platforms becomes more and more difficult to compare them. How to choose the most suitable one is not always an easy task. The main goal of this work is the investigation of the Moodle e-learning platform effectiveness during an opinion poll research in the psychology field. During the research its goal is saving money by conducting the specific research online, space by electronically storing the questionnaires, time by avoiding waste of education time and process automation by extracting and processing questionnaire data. The present work, in addition to the particular cases relating to the questionnaires distributed to students who are studying in one of the highest military educational institutions of the country, the present work describes some general points relating to the functionality and the selection of the specific platform.
—This paper presents an electronic environment which supports activities of e-learning, as well as activities of e-psychology. This e-environment supports synchronous and asynchronous activities of teaching and learning through communicative and informative tools and services. These " tools and services " are constructed in a powerful modular environment which can be adjusted and modulated to support different scenarios – policies of teaching, learning and manipulating the knowledge circle, in an electronic way. On the other hand, the ideas of learning, of transferring the knowledge, of analyzing the end user (learner) needs, of analyzing the status and end user development, on supporting synchronous and asynchronous communication, between the learner and teacher – professor parts, are also included in the e-psychology circle and are procedures of it. As a result the e-learning and the e-psychological actions, like psychological support and consultation, are parallelized, and can be both supported by the aforementioned e-environment.
The two-step, computer-based education (CBE; Elissavet & Economides 2003) hypermedia courseware (HC) i.e. Science Jargon and Doing Science (see Appendix 1) is a linear/non-linear learning program designed to be studied by level 3 Psychology students in the lifelong learning sector.

Psychology is the logical investigation of the mind and its behavioral activities. Analysts are effectively engaged with contemplating and understanding mental cycles, cerebrum capacities, and conduct. The area of Psychology is considered as a "Hub Science" with solid associations with the clinical sciences, social sciences, education, and much more. Technology is the branch of knowledge concerned with the development and application of specialized tools, as well as their interactions with life, society, and the environment, drawing on areas such as mechanical engineering, applied science, and pure science. This study aims to shed light on the relationship between the field of psychology and technological progress nowadays. This paper also provides a detailed investigation of the effect of technology on the discipline of psychology.
