Реалии уголовно-процессуальной науки демонстрируют признаки одной из ее проблем, связанной с нечетким различием исследований уголовно-процессуального закона de lege lata, которые могут быть актуальны, например, для создания юрисдикционных технологий участников уголовного процесса, и исследований de lege ferenda - наиболее традиционных для большинства работ, поскольку их результатом является предложение об улучшении уголовно-процессуального закона. Последние, отражая закон системно и имею целью его совершенствование, должны ориентироваться на ядро системы, определяющее ее тип и связи с периферийными элементами системы (институтами, нормами), а так же элементами между собой.

Market economy is characterized at a time, among others, by the existence of two partners, so that one has some money, a certain amount of capital, and one needs money. The first has money and wants to capitalize on them as possible, and the second wants to enter into possession of a capital base which is to put up a new business or develop an existing. We can say that in this context we are facing a certain demand and a supply of capital. Meeting supply and demand of the said capital shall be carried out in an organized framework, namely the capital market. Investors as owners of capital seeking to invest capital so advantageous that they must choose from several investment on the one that best suits his or her interests. In the choice between several investment options investor must thoroughly know the subject of its investment capital, form of revenue will occur when they occur, what time is immobilized the capital and the risks of its investment capital.

This paper aims at discussing some problems of the contemporary art through some of Arthur Danto’s theories. The concept of the end of art, the new way of making art, how to understand the contemporary art are some fundamental problems of nowadays art criticism. Comparisons among artistic techniques used by various avant-gardist movements, especially cubist, abstractionist and dadaist ones are intended to build a comprehensive image of the evolution in art creativity towards post-wars period represented by new contributions (Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys). These examples prove that the contemporary art needs a more attentive interpretation and a better understanding of the material-form connection within the art work and the process of plastic creativity.

Nicola Nicolau: an Intellectual with an Unfair Posterity: This is the first in a series of three articles discussing the life and work of Nicola Nicolau (1762-1837), a Romanian merchant and scholar from the Transylvanian town of Brașov (Kronstadt, in the Habsburg Empire). Its chapters deal with Nicolau’s family and life, the books published by him, the question of their authorship, their sources, their circulation, and, finally, with Nicolau’s teaching activity. While settling, on the basis of primary sources, a number of earlier hypotheses and debates, it proposes some new hypotheses, which should be checked against further primary evidence.

Fracturile oaselor craniului facial fac parte din cele mai numeroase afecţiuni ale scheletului. Numărul lor în structura altor patologii ale craniului facial şi în numărul total de traume, nu numai nu are tendinţa de cădere, dar permanent creşte. Se majorează, mai ales, din cauza insufi cienţei bazei tehnice a activităţii umane, urbanizării, creşterii considerabile a numărului mijloacelor de transport. În ultimii 15-20 de ani frecvenţa traumatismului maxilofacial în ţară şi în Europa a crescut de la 0,3 până la 0,7 la 1000 de locuitori, creşterea anuală constituind 10-15%. Summary The author presents various schemes of x-ray examination which can be used in traumatic injuries of the visceral cranium, and some symptoms of typical bone fractures of different zones of the visceral cranium. The use of the effi cient schemes of examination based on the most informative methods including panoramic, simplifi es and facilitates examination raising its diagnostic effcacy
