The characteristics of the Prophet Yusuf leadership among other things: 1) A leader of professional, honest and provide exemplary; 2) Have the ability and high intelligence and wisdom; 3) The leader of a fair; 4) Thorough leader and mandate; 5) Leaders are consistent; 6) Ability to work hard to create a climate of tolerance; 7) Be confident (optimistic). The concept of leadership is understandable based on the story of Prophet Yusuf, a proactive leader, and have a clear objective of improving the welfare of its people. Yusuf is a multi social leader, knows no ethnic differences, so keep nurturing it all.

The education of Prophet Ismail by Prophet Ibrahim and Siti Hajar is an example of holistic education that combines spiritual, moral, and social aspects. Prophet Ibrahim instilled the values of monotheism and piety through example, especially in the event of slaughtering which shows obedience to Allah. Siti Hajar instilled patience and sincerity through her life struggle in the desert, teaching the importance of tawakal and hard work. This story shows that effective education relies on parental example and religious values, relevant to character education in modern society. These values shape children into faithful and noble individuals.

The topic of this research is the Qur’an semiotics on surah Yusuf. This research collaborates the theory of semiotics and al-Qur’an. This research aims to find out the sense, meaning, and messege of the Qur’an on surah Yusuf. The theories used in this research are theory of meaning component, theory of sense relation, and theory of semiotics. This research is used two approaches. First, heuristic or semantics and second, retroactive or semiotics.

Education is the most important thing in life. A person is recognised as a human being if he or she is knowledgeable. Many concepts have been put forward, including in Indonesia. In fact, education in Indonesia is very ineffective, because there are still many shortcomings such as unemployment, conflict, and crime. So this mini-research discusses education that was successful in its day which could change the lives of sinners into responsible high officials and make poor people into great scholars who are famous until now. The concept of education is Ahlu Suffah which was founded by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Ahlu Suffah is proof of how education should be and directly on the practice of daily life.
