Complex endodontic treatment of an immature type III dens invaginatus. A case report2008 •
Journal of Health Sciences
Endodontic treatment of dens invaginatus with periapical lesionDens invaginatus or dens in dente represent anomaly of the developing tooth due to invagination of the enamel organinto the dental papilla. Dens invaginatus is usually diagnosed by standard radiological methods (RVG, OPG, and 3DCBCT).Clinical examination may reveal a mottled, dilated or conical shape of the crown. Endodontic treatment of dens invaginatuscan be difficult and complex due to the deviated anatomy. This report describes the successful endodontic treatmentof a maxillary lateral incisor that had dens invaginatus and a large periapical lesion. Clinical examination in a 30-year-oldpatient revealed an acute periapical abscess, and a dens invaginatus type II was diagnosed after radiography. Due to theexisting anatomy, endodontic treatment of the main canal was performed through two access cavities, which enabledchemo-mechanical treatment and access to all parts of the root canal. The canal of the invaginated tooth was treatedthrough the third access cavity.

Endodontic Treatment of Complex Dens Invaginatus Teeth with Long Term Follow-Up Periods2018 •
is characterized by invagination of enamel and dentin in the dental papilla prior to tissue calcification. This malformation commonly occurs in the maxillary lateral incisors. The present study reports two complex endodontic treatments in Oehlers' type II and III with periapical lesion and presence of bone resorption. In the reported cases, conventional endodontic therapy was successful and sufficient enough to eliminate the infectious process, allowing periapical bone neoformation and absence of symptomatology. is a relatively easy-to-diagnose dental malformation. However, it is necessary to know its radiographic aspects. The treatment results demonstrated that, although the cases of of high complexity are challenging, an accurate diagnosis accompanied with proper endodontic treatment can avoid unnecessary surgical intervention and allow great chances of favorable prognosis in long term.
Dens invaginatus is a malformation affecting mainly the superior lateral incisors. It is defined as an infolding of the crown hard tissues, including the enamel and dentin, and can extend up to the root apex. Root canal treatment of this abnormality is considered difficult due to the complex anatomy presented by these teeth. This case series presents nonsurgical endodontic treatment in two cases of dens invaginatus (type II and III) in maxillary lateral incisors. This nonsurgical or conventional endodontic treatment results in healing of the periapical lesions associated with both cases, with no need for extra intervention e.g. surgical or invasive management. The manual instrumentation associated with sodium hypochlorite and calcium hydroxide were able to completely heal the lesions. Radiographic exams were carried out to control and asses the healing. Nonsurgical treatment was successful in both cases with adequate repair after a 6-year follow-up with radiographic and tomographic...
Dens invaginatus (DI) is a rare malformation anomaly with a wide variety of morphological types. An early detection of the affected teeth is critical for proper management. The aim of this case report was to describe different occurrences of Type II DI in the maxillary lateral incisors with different treatment managements. The first case was treated with ProRoot® mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) root repair material as an apical plug and backfill with thermoplasticized gutta‐percha for remaining canal space while the second case was filled totally with MTA. Both cases were treated under dental operation microscope. At 12‐month post‐treatment, the patients were asymptomatic, and the size of the periapical lesion was reduced.
Dens invaginatus (DI) is a developmental anomaly that poses a significant challenge to the clinician if endodontic treatment is required. The type II (as per Oehlers) form exhibits complex internal anatomy and is frequently associated with incomplete root and apex formation. The purpose of this study is to present two cases of type II DI in the maxillary lateral incisors. In the first case, non-surgical endodontic therapy was performed utilizing calcium hydroxide as an intracanal dressing, showing significant periapical healing of the apical radiolucent area at the six month follow-up. In the second case, the development of the root and apex were affected by pulp necrosis, and the revascularization procedure was performed. Complete resolution of the pre-existing apical radiolucency, apical closure, thickening of the root canal walls, and increase in root length, after 32 months was observed. Early detection of teeth with DI type II and proper exploration of their internal anatomy are key factors for their successful management. As demonstrated in this report, conservative non-surgical endodontic treatment should be the first line of treatment for these cases. The use of revascularization protocols in teeth that develop pulp necrosis and exhibit early stage of root development could be a better alternative than traditional apexification techniques.

An Analysis on Customer Perception towards Fintech Adoption2022 •
Many recent technical developments have contributed to a profound structural shift in the financial services sector. Banks and other financial institutions are finding it harder to compete with the proliferation of new technologies in the financial sector, collectively known as "FinTech." Consumers are moving away from traditional payment methods and toward FinTech because of its superior user experience. Since there are always new developments in the financial services sector, FinTech has become an essential component of the industry. Financial technology companies can leverage the findings of this research to better cater to a diverse customer base. Affirmations for the usage of FinTech services can be increased if more effort is put into making the services more useful and secure. The study's findings indicated that TAM (Technology acceptance model) was the preferred model for FinTech adoption. According to a recent assessment, the most researched variables in the field of FinTech are, once again, trust, perceived utility, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, compatibility, and performance and effort expectations.
