Wir untersuchen Markus Gabriels sogenannten 'neuen' bzw. 'neutralen' Realismus und kommen zu dem Schluss, dass die meisten von Gabriels Thesen verschiedene Lesarten zulassen, von denen die einen akzeptabel aber philosophisch wenig originell, die anderen dagegen unplausibel und schlecht begründet sind.

Abstract This study sought to examine users’ perception of reasonableness audit expectation gap in Nigeria. The survey research design was employed and Information was sought from respondents using a structured likert scale questionnaire. The hypothesis raised was analyzed using the ANOVA test statistics. The study found that there exist a reasonableness gap between auditors and users (managers, investors and the public) of audit report as regarding the responsibilities of auditors. Based on our findings, we recommend education as a method to reduce unreasonable expectation of the public and even users of audited reports. Such awareness can be created by enriching the curriculum of Nigerian tertiary institutions and by formal or informal awareness campaign by both government and auditing profession from time to time through appropriate media not just for their members alone but also for the auditing community as a whole. Title: Living Arrangement Pattern Nursing Home Occupants Based Activities and Behavior Physical comfort in a building can give an effect to the psychological inhabitans. In the design of nursing homes, where the residents are elderly, certainly they have a different physical comfort with a younger people. The degenerative disease on elderly cause the need for special attention in architecture, especially on safety and comfort. Currently the nursing homes, mostly do not noticed it well, so still discovered lots of the elderlies got an accident and depressed in a nursing home. This research purpose to know the relationship between the aspects of both comfort and safety for elderly in nursing home that can make the elderly feel comfortable and happy living in their residence. The methods of this research is as follows: first, understand the criteria of elderly in related literatures and observations regarding to the elderly and other related literatures that subscribe with safety and comfort. Second, the literatures study were used to analyze the case study such as Nursing Home Wisma Mulia (Jakarta), Nursing Home Senjarawi (Bandung), and Nursing Home Muara Kasih (Bogor). The results of analysis from the case studies based on the literature, produce an architectural design criteria for the review occupancy elderly. The results of this research concluded that the design of the comfortable and safe against risk of any accident that may occur to the elderly, provided a circulation which can be passes by two wheelchairs at once and freeway, provided handrail in the circulation, provided ramp in any difference level of floor, and using a contrast color but dominant in light and warm color. The other considerations are the availability nostalgic room, playroom for children and the other facility that make the frequency of their families, visiting more often. Se analiza el Sistema Educativo Militar de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, para ello se parte de algunos referentes históricos como es la fundación del Colegio Militar así como de otros establecimientos educativos previos a la creación de la Dirección General de Educación Militar y la conformación de la Universidad Militar y su rectoría. En este marco se hace alusión a algunos paradigmas teóricos sobre la creación de las profesiones que permitan entender las necesidades del Estado mexicano por formar militares expertos desde el siglo XIX hasta la actualidad. Sobre todo, si se considera que la profesión militar nació como una carrera vinculada a la organización del monopolio de la violencia legítima del Estado, lo que no ocurre con las profesiones civiles.

"Region", "regionalizm", to określenia używane w bardzo wielu znaczeniach, to także sztuczna konstrukcja stworzona przez specjalistów w celu porządkowania i klasyfikowania rzeczywistości. Ich zakres znaczeniowy jest różny w zależności od wybranej dyscypliny naukowej. Oznacza to, że, w zależności od przyjętych kryteriów, teoretycznie istnieje nieskończona liczba regionów. Każdy ze sposobów wyodrębnienia przestrzeni jest jednocześnie uprawniony i zarazem dyskusyjny. Brak jasnego i czytelnego zawężenia kryteriów delimitacji może powodować ich błędne interpretowanie. Pojęcie regionalizacji, zależnie od perspektywy badawczej, może objąć bardzo szeroki zakres zagadnień, także ten, wiążący się z działaniami w sferze kultury, tożsamości, rozwoju języka – a zatem w sferze wykraczającej poza domenę nauk politycznych. Trudno więc znaleźć wspólne stanowisko dla różnych dziedzin nauki. Region opisuje pewną przestrzeń. Bliższe jednak określenie charakteru tej przestrzeni zasadniczo różni poszczególne dziedziny. Możemy mówić bowiem o regionie jako przestrzeni geograficznej, kulturowej, gospodarczej czy socjologicznej.
