In this modern world technology is expanding in each and every sector of society. And growth of technology in education system is important which has led to growth and more use of e-learning via different websites. E-learning helps student to access and store data virtually so that it can be easily used irrespective of someone's location. Through this various elearning portals it becomes easier for teacher to provide data to a lot of students remotely. Technology used to design this elearning site is python and django.It will allow new user to register them self and existing one can login using their respective ids and password. Teacher can easily interact with students using this e learning platform and also track student performance by organizing various quizzes. Users can also enrollee in different courses at a same time and can view the different content available on site easily. This project helps students to enrollee in various free courses and learns new skills by taking a course of their choice .The main focus of this project is not only to provide free courses to students but also to provide a platform to teachers where they can teach many students and provide them knowledge regarding a particular course.

This Research paper focuses on the Free and Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) MOODLE for knowledge sharing and assessment there are multiple LMS available today with the incrementation in demand, however, in this study, the researcher has fixated on the role of MOODLE LMS for imparting cognizance from an educator's perspective.

Brain tumor is the deadly cancer. It can occur at any age. World is worrying about brain tumor, almost survival chances of affected human being is very less. However it is possible to recover from the brain cancer, if it is detected early stage. For the purpose of recognition or detects of tumor, deep learning is used in the field of medical research. Deep learning has become the important method for complex tasks such as image classification and object detection. Here, we used MRI kaggle dataset downloaded by internet. CNN is the most popular neural network model used for image classifications. Keras was designed to enable fast experimentation with deep neural network. Here we used Tensor flow and python programming environment for the development of our proposed system. This system is more applicable in medical sector. Within this proposed method we used fully automatic segmentation and feature extraction of brain tumor detection and classification using CNN techniques.

Solid waste management is currently a crucial problem in urban areas. The overflowing dustbins create an unsanitary state which can cause various health hazards including irritation in the nose, throat and lungs. To tackle these circumstances, effective management of waste is necessary. The Internet of Things (IoT) has influenced our world significantly. There has been a considerable amount of research in the field of Waste Management using IoT technology. This paper reviews various IoT-based approaches presented by different researchers for solving this problem, and it provides a comparative study of the available solutions.

Every day billions and trillions of data are generated from different sources. To store such a huge amount of data need large storage, for that cloud becomes the most effective solution due to the properties like flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. It has become a suitable and efficient option for the storage of data. But with the storage of data on a cloud platform, it is very essential to avail all possible securities to the data stored in the cloud. That aim can be achieved by providing access control to the data and storage. Storage can be made secure by implementing user-level access methods. User-level Access Control prohibits the storage at the user level itself. All the users do not have the same permissions in storage access. Some users are allowed to only read as well as write data/files in the storage, some are allowed to only read data and write data in the storage. All this access control is achieved by writing certain rules concerning the storage of the cloud platform. For more efficiency and security purposes along with access control on storage, access control can also be implemented over the stored data through Attribute Based Encryption. So the data stored in the cloud can be accessed by permitted users. The storage requires an application to address the reading, writing of data and imposing access control over the data stored in it. In this paper, we propose an Attribute-based User Access Control method. We create an application over Amazon Web Services (AWS) that facilitate uploading data on the cloud platform. We keep the cloud storage of the application security and access to the stored data is controlled by implementing our idea. The security of the cloud storage and data stored is controlled at the user level. This application also prevents spamming from unauthorized users to keep data more secure. Thus, our proposed Attribute-based User Access Control method proves a suitable and effective solution for providing security to the AWS cloud as well as data stored over its platform.

The accidents due to driver fatigue has increased the ratio of accidents year by year. Since the advent of technology, it becomes important to develop a driver drowsiness detection system to alert the drivers irrespective of given condition. This detection begins by exploring various physiological features of the drivers such as yawning behaviors. These noticeable features are obtained from the frames that are captured by the camera. We label the frames as automatic datasets and then look for major signs in detection such as frequent yawning patterns, frequent eye blinks etc. We measure the datasets against the threshold; if the measured value surpasses the optimum value then driver is alerted via an alarm. This system provides a good accuracy ratio over most of the detections.

The increasing advantages of automated systems now are at the highest position as a result many manual processes are automated. Since the automated system is in demand nowadays, educational infrastructures like colleges are making their manual or semi-automated system to function completely on a computer. One such system that concerns a college is the placement system's automation. The project aims at developing a web application for the placement cell. Placement Management System provides two distinct modules for students and placement officers. It enables students to register online and upload their academic and personal details. They will have their portals to update information as necessary and can view recent and upcoming job postings on their dashboard. Whereas, the Placement Officers will be able to utilize it to manage the student data as well as the hiring company's data concerning the available jobs. The benefits of the system will be to provide enhanced facilities and assemble all the placement related tasks carried out on various platforms to a single application. This will give both the location officer and students an accurate channel and reduces repetitious work that has got to be administered. Additionally, email alerts can be provided to students in case if any new activity takes place which ensures that no important announcement is missed.

Background: Multifaceted professionals are individuals engaged in a professional career and possess numerous exceptional skills and abilities. They employ various means in developing their talents whilst balancing it with their professional career. Method: A phenomenological research design was applied to discern the lived experiences of multifaceted OFW professionals relative to the central question, "How do multifaceted professionals cultivate their talents despite having their profession and possessing two or more innate abilities?" Findings: The study reveals that professionals become multifaceted as they discover and nurture their talents foundation. Findings have also indicated that through time management, proper talent utilization and prioritization strategies, the individuals are able to sustain the cultivation of their talents concurrently with their professional career. It is established that the methods to cultivate these talents are through consistent practice, technology utilization, and mentorship. Conclusion: Sustaining multiple talent is already hard but balancing these talents with one's professional career makes it even more challenging. Despite this, the multifaceted professionals proved that with passion, prioritization and right utilization of strategies, nothing can cease them from pursuing their talents and become multifaceted. Recommendation: This paper recommends to have an in-depth study of the lived experiences of multifaceted individuals according to gender and age group for comparison. Future researches can focus on another talent domains and blue-collar job workers instead of professionals.
