The study results were based on the survey data of 24 students studying the master program in math education at Can Tho University, Vietnam. We used the questionnaire to find out the factors affecting students' learning outcomes: Learning time, learning conditions, learning environment, personal level, learning methods, collaborative learning, learning attitudes. The results show factors such as learning conditions, learning environment, time for leaning, qualifications, teaching methods, learning methods, cooperation in learning, attitude in learning are factors that significantly affect the learning of master students in Mathematics education. Therefore, universities with high-level training programs should have adequate facilities for students' learning; lecturers know how to use teaching methods to promote self-study and self-study for students, improve their ability to work independently, the ability to cooperate in the learning and research process of students. Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has been contributing to the rapid industrialization in Vietnam by supplying technicians to many enterprises in the manufacturing sector. However, we may not have been sufficiently proactive in integrating industry’s needs into our educational and training programs. Having heard industry’s demand for high-skilled industrial human resources during occasional meetings with enterprises, we had strongly recognized the necessity to upgrade our educational and training programs. Thus, we organized this survey in order to understand industry’s evaluation of the quality of our graduates and educational and training programs. As described in Section 2, HaUI decided to have our staff and lecturers conduct the survey instead of outsourcing it to a professional research company. Knowing that they are not professional survey researchers, we thought that this would be a great opportunity for our members to study industry’s needs directly, rather than indirectly through a written report prepared by professional survey researchers who are not experts in industrial education and training. In addition, we supposed that they should have a lot of opportunities to observe enterprises’ latest technologies and modern production management systems. Through face-to-face interviews with more than 30 enterprises, we have been able to develop a general understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of our graduates, as summarized in Section 3. Regarding their general workplace ability, HaUI students seem modest in a good sense, but they are somewhat reluctant to take leadership roles and lack the ability to identify the causes of troubles and their solutions. Many of the enterprises also commented that they should become more disciplined by learning the basic concepts of 5S and labor safety. As for technical knowledge and skills, while HaUI graduates are often curious about new technologies and quickly absorb them, they do not have sufficient basic skills and knowledge, including reading and drafting mechanical drawings in third angle projection, operating the conventional milling machines and lathes, reading electronic and electronic assembly drawings, and reading time charts. In short, it seems that they are very interested in cutting-edge technologies but not aware of the importance of basic knowledge and skills. As noted in the latter part of Section 3, we also tried to get industry’s impression of our ideas for improvement. The enterprises basically agreed to our proposals on the subjects or teaching methods to be improved. In particular, we received positive responses on the issues which we have already included in the project activities, such as machinery maintenance, quality control, and 5S. We also collected valuable information to help improve the internship programs and the short-term courses. Furthermore, we learned the overview of previous results, general conditions, and desirable timing and duration of internships, and reconfirmed the necessity of promoting our internship programs as a supplementary opportunity to train students in practical skills and professional working behaviors. It is unfortunate that HaUI’s short-term courses were not well-known. However, given the enterprises current view of these courses, HaUI should still try to develop higher quality ones. The courses would help the enterprises save time to provide basic training internally, while HaUI will be able to learn the up-to-date technology. Based on all findings in the survey, we developed an action plan outline in Section 4, which covers various topics. Some action plans are already in progress. For example, we are developing a short-term course for machinery maintenance for company staff and a short-term course on quality control for HaUI students. We have already started implementing 5S and have tried to embed it into HaUI’s school culture. In addition, we have launched activity program to improve the mechanical drawing course by introducing third angle projection. On the other hand, we do not have the detailed plans for other courses at this time. HaUI management should develop a monitoring and evaluation mechanism for the action plan. We made some proposals for future surveys in Section 5. It is certainly impossible to collect all the necessary information by just one survey. We should continue to visit the enterprises and get further details in some prioritized fields. In addition, we propose periodically conducting a first-level survey to evaluate HaUI graduates and educational and training programs. Given the difficulty we faced in collecting information on, the subjects to improved (Section 3.6.) and the training equipment to be upgraded, the questionnaire should be improved (Section 3.7.). This would make the survey more efficient. Finally, we greatly appreciate the time our partner enterprises spent with us for interviews, as well as their very valuable comments. We also hope to develop further cooperation with them in order to develop better industrial human resources.

Limitations in Remuneration and Compensation Policy of State Own Enterprises2018 •
The study was conducted to analyze the limitations of remuneration policies of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). Currently the state has not focused on researching and reforming salary policies for talented people and creative workers. In addition, there are limitations in the development of incentive policies such as rewarding employees for outstanding achievements, providing comprehensive health insurance programs, additional convalescence and environmental protection policies. a healthy corporate culture ... to help employees balance work and family life. Based on the analysis of these limitations, the article provides some suggestions for SOEs to renovate remuneration policies towards the effective use of human resources.

Gaining Competitive Advantage from CSR Policy Change. Case of Vietnam2018 •
This article offers two interrelated strategies to be used facing corporate social responsibility challenges. As integrated strategies, they both recognize non-market and social forces while dealing with traditional business issues and taking into account the reality of the market. Avant-garde advocating for progressive social responsibility policy enables firms, the game-changers to actively or even proactively shape their own strategy by raising barriers to competitors striving to develop identical status. Systematically conforming to current and changing standards of social responsibility set forth by policy makers and supported by policy activists allows firms, the game-followers to adapt to the situation at their own pace. This article presents four Vietnamese case studies that highlight how some firms have successfully implemented these strategies while others have not.

Japanese Innovation Policy and Development of High Quality Human Resource – Experiences for Vietnam2018 •
In the era of international economic integration and industrial revolution 4.0 taking place at a rapid pace with government’s innovation policies not only in the field of science and technology. The deployment of high-quality human resources will be a springboard and platform for the national economy to continue to grow. The countries in Asia have succeeded and developed faster than Western countries that have better advantage and started from higher development level. Among Asian countries, Japan is a typical one with government and state agencies always attaching great importance to the development of innovative policies for the economy and enterprises with public investment per capita (or calculated by percentage of total GDP) on human resources always higher than any other country in the world, while the focus is extremely put on training high quality human resources needed for the cause of national innovative performance. This could also be a lesson learned for Vietnam that wants to develop high quality human resources and implement a policy similar to Japan. This article will analyze and point out appropriate solutions for Vietnam on this path.

Solutions to Attract ODA Investment into South East Vietnam.2018 •
For Vietnam, to meet the demand for development investment capital in the context of low internal capital accumulation of the economy, foreign investment sources include direct investment (FDI) and investment. It is important for the Government to continue receiving the second round of funding, the most important of which is that official development assistance (ODA) is very important, contributing significantly to the high economic growth of our country in recent years. Therefore, Vietnamese Party has assessed that "domestic capital is decisive and foreign capital plays an important role". However, the current situation of mobilizing, managing and using ODA capital in our country is still inadequate and ineffective. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of ODA attraction and use in our country in recent years; thereby proposing solutions to further improve the efficiency of using this capital in the future; An important contribution to Vietnam's sustainable economic growth.

Contribution of ODA Investment to the Economic Growth of Vietnam2018 •
Over the past 25 years, Vietnam has attracted, lobbied and effectively used official development assistance (ODA) capital, which has contributed effectively to economic growth. Particularly, 2017 ended quite impressively by the achievements of the whole period of 2011-2017. Regarding socio-economy, for the first time in many years, we have completed and exceeded all 13 planned targets. Regarding economic growth, GDP reached 6.81%, exceeding the set plan, which is high compared to other countries in the region and the world. The article will provide evidence and data related to the contribution to Vietnam's economic growth from ODA. Based on the results that we have achieved and taking advantage of the advantages available at home and abroad to be ready to cope with ongoing challenges, specific solutions are required to achieve rapid growth, sustainable and highly effective.

Teachers' Opinions about Using Multiple-choice Questions in the National Examination of Mathematics: A Survey in VietnamIn Vietnam, after completing the high school education program, students who want to receive high school diploma, they must take a national examination including three compulsory subjects: Math, a foreign language, and Literature and electives in two groups: or Physics, Chemistry and Biology or History, Geography and Citizenship education. The method of exam-taking in the national examination greatly affected the teaching and learning style of teachers and students. In the process of teaching at high school, especially in the final year, the teachers studied how to ask types of question that have appeared in the national exam to focus on practising test-taking skills for students. Before 2017, the national examinations of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Foreign Languages, Geography, History and Citizenship education consisted of all the multiple-choice questions; only in Math and Literature, essay questions were used. Since 2017, in national examinations of mathematics in Vietnam, there has been a significant change: the examinations with all essay questions with a time of 180 minutes (10 questions) were replaced by examinations with all multiple-choice questions (45 questions / 90 minutes). This change has met many conflicting opinions and has profoundly affected teachers' the method of teaching and reviewing knowledge and skills of mathematics for high school students in Vietnam. To better understand the perception of mathematics teachers-who directly teach-about this change, we conducted a survey of 50 mathematics teachers. The results showed that they were fully aware of the advantages of multiple-choice question-based examinations, and most of them wanted to maintain the use of multiple-choice questions for the following years.

International Promotion Strategy. Cases of Apple and Samsung.2018 •
The paper focuses on analyzing and comparing trade promotion policies between the world's two leading electronics corporations - Samsung and Apple. The study focuses on the five marketing strategy components that affect brand extension success significantly, the quality of distribution strategies; positioning quality; quality of product development strategy; level of advertising investment and market research degree. The study also shows that marketing and promotion strategies are the decisive factor for successful brand expansion. Through this study, the study found that the promotion policies in international marketing between Samsung and Apple were well-organized and focused at the beginning. However, in recent years, contrary to Samsung's increasingly strong, attractive and creative promotion policies, silence and selection have always been a strong weapon in the promotion strategy of Apple.
