В статье представлен способ производства стали с использованием металлизованного железорудного сырья. Принципиальное преимущество предлагаемого способа заключается в том, что в агрегате жидкофазного восстановления и шахтной печи используют рудные материалы, не содержащие оксида титана и ванадия, температура горячего восстановительного газа после охлаждения в рекуператоре на входе в шахтную печь составляет 750-830 оC, а металлическая шихта дуговой электропечи составляет 50-60% металлизованных окатышей, 30-40% жидкого чугуна и порядка 10% металлического лома. В результате использования данного способа расход угля на газификацию снижается на 10-15%, и содержание лома уменьшается до 10% и менее процентов, это дает снижение энергоемкости стали, и обеспечивает первородность шихты, отсутствие вредных примесей цветных металлов в выплавляемой стали и улучшение её эксплуатационных свойств. Оценка эффективности усовершенствованного способа проведена на основе расчета материальных и тепловых балансов
