Tool and Die design and its manufacturing were developing at a very rapid pace. Delivering quality tools at right time is a challenging task for manufacturing organizations. A typical case study of computer aided closed die design and manufacturing for open end wrench and corresponding trimming fixture design steps are explained. The purpose of this paper is to formulate a standard procedure computer aided closed die design and manufacturing for open end wrench. Hot work die steels are commonly used for hot forging dies subjected to temperatures ranging from 1100 to 1200 °C. These materials contain chromium base steels contain chromium and tungsten. Alloying elements which have hardening characteristics and resistance to abrasion and softening, such as H11 or H13, H14 are used for the critical die works. Moreover, the trimming die or bottom die can be used from D2 tool steel that has a high strength alloy hard face applied to the cutting edge. Forging die design procedures were sequentially used to produce computer aided closed die design and manufacturing tools. This includes the creation of final forged product model, Blocker model, Bender and Flattener model before extracting the die profile. Trimming fixture will trim and give finished part. Basically all this procedure can be standardized and utilized for various product varieties. The results of the research are shown as 3D model views and 2D drawings. The 3D model creative are finisher model, blocker model, wrench assembly layout, top and bottom die and trim fixture are the result of this work. A three-dimensional computer-aided design reconstruction of the monastery saint Jeremiah Saqqara is pre-sented. This monastery is the one of the largest Cistercian monastery in seventh century in Egypt. However, the majority of the monastery has disappeared after building collapse with almost no existing documenta-tion. In order to allow visitors to better understand the monument and to assist the current conservation works, a reconstruction of the monastery is presented. The adopted approach for reconstruction includes the identification of an ideal plan of the Cistercian Order, comparison with similar buildings of the same period and architectonic styles, and the available documentation is used to create a virtual reconstruction of the monastery.

No one can imagine a home without a kitchen. It is a place which needs renovations almost every year. It needs renovation as this place of your home is the only place that can produce healthy means for you and your family. Moreover, this place is different from other rooms kitchen has to meet with excessive heat all year round generated from the burners. So, if your kitchen feels a bit old, it needs renovation and redesign. Redesigning a kitchen is a tedious process if you go through the typical process i.e hiring someone or a company to produce a setup first. Then they will prepare layouts, drawings, etc. to start the renovation process. This start is important because your kitchen will be renovated based on premade blueprints. Today. We are going to show you how you can design it by yourself rather than spending money.

Improving and Increasing productivity to cater the needs of customer in shortest possible time is an ever challenging task in any mass production Industry. The scope for further improvement production always exists and hence ways and means for design and fixtures are constantly explored by the engineers. This work focuses on the area of socket machining cell where sockets are machined in VMC cell and assembled with the Outer Ball Joints. The problem facing here is that due to component(socket) tilting observed during machining in the VMC cell there were more number of hole offset rejections in sockets. The rejections of the sockets were relatively reported for customer dissatisfaction. The main theme of our project is to reduce high number of rejections in socket production, for achieving this we proposed a new design for the V-Block in the VMC cell which fits the socket accurately. The components were designed in Three Dimensional CAD and Solid Modelling were generated in Pro-E Wildfire Version 5.0.

— Among fruit crops lime has high demand in the world. There are varieties of products being made from limes at various stage of maturity. Colour is the vital parameter of maturity indication of most agricultural produces. Colour of lime produce varies from green to yellow. Although yellowish limes are preferred by some category of people and processers, for exporting purposes greenish limes are being used because of their longest shelf time. Thus, sorting based on its colour is crucial for consumer acceptability and also for further processing. Both greenish and yellowish limes are harvested together and sorted through post-harvest operation of colour sorting. This is often performed by manual labourers. The main limitation associated with hand sorting is less accuracy, as human evaluation may vary person to person. Therefore, automated grading system is becoming popular due to its superior speed, consistency, and accuracy. This paper discusses about a new approach to develop a lime colour sorter at a minimum price using TCS230 colour sensor. The identification of the colour is based on the frequency analysis of the output of TCS230 sensor. Arduino Uno was used to control overall process. Stepper motor was used to sort limes into two different classes. All the mechanical parts were designed through Auto CAD software. Fabricated sorter was tested at various environmental light intensities, the results shown there is no influences by the sexternal light.
