Biodiesel is a promising alternative fuel and has gained significant attention due to the predicted depletion of conventional fossil fuels and environmental concerns. This study aims to produce biodiesel from ogbono seed oil (using 98 ml methanol and 2g potassium hydroxide (KOH) as a catalyst) via transesterification process and to determine the physiochemical properties of the biodiesel produced. The physiochemical properties of the feedstock (extracted ogbono seed oil) were also determined before the transesterification process. The physiochemical properties of the produced biodiesel showed that it has a density of 0.5±0.00 g/cm3, pour point of 2.0±0, saponification value of 58.90±0.06 mg KOH/g, ester value of 98.0±0.5% (m/m), iodine value of 26.64±0.15gI2/100g, acid value of 0.28±0.05 mgKOH/g, moisture value of 0.0006 ±0.0% and trace amounts of ash content. This study aimed to find out aphid species belongs to Subfamily Aphidinae (Homoptera: Aphididae) infesting herbaceous plants and shrubs in different locations of Iraq through a survey during 2008-2010. As a result, total of 56 aphid species belonging to 24 genera and two tribes were determined. Of these determined species. Abstract : In this paper, a new approach for detecting alive humans in destructed environments using a autonomous robot is proposed. Alive human body detection system proposed a monitoring system using ultrasonic sensors and camera to record, transmit and analyze conditions of human body. The task of identify human being in rescue operations is difficult for the robotic agent but it is simple for the human agent. In order to detect a human body, an autonomous robot must be equipped with a specific set of sensors that provide information about the presence of a person in the environment around. This work describes a autonomous robot for rescue operations. The proposed system uses an ultrasonic sensor in order to detect the existence of living humans and a low-cost camera in

order to acquire a video of the scene as needed. Additional, other sensors include temperature, fire and metal detector works as bomb sensor to detect the presence of bomb in Warfield and in rescue operations. Having detected a sign of a living human, the ultrasonic sensor Triggers the camera to show live scene. The video is then displayed on the screen. This approach requires a relatively small number of data to be acquired and processed during the rescue operation. This way, the real-time cost of processing and data transmission is considerably reduced. This system has the potential to achieve high performance in detecting alive humans in devastated environments relatively quickly and cost- effectively. The detection depending on a number of factors such as the body position and the light intensity of the scene. Results show that the system provides an efficient way to track human motion. The study investigated the antimicrobial properties and the chemical composition of ethyl acetate extract of Dennettia tripetala (pepper fruit) seeds. Crude extract obtained by maceration of pulverized seeds in ethyl acetate was evaluated for antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger using standard agar-well diffusion method. GC-MS method was used to determine the chemical constituents of the extract. The extract was oily, yellowish-brown with a yield of 1.66 % and had activity against most of the test microorganisms, with inhibition zone diameters ranging between 10 to 25 mm.
