Resumo O impacto das novas tecnologias nos processos de comunicação científica tem gerado novas necessidades de investigação sobre o processamento documental. No campo da pesquisa em Literatura e História, os sistemas de informação não dão conta da demanda crescente e cada vez mais específica. A crônica tem grande importância para a pesquisa sob vários aspectos, inclusive por sua temática. Contudo, sua análise pode ser uma questão complexa, pois não é possível se propor para a crônica uma simples análise textual, o que exige uma leitura documentária integral. A partir de revisão da literatura, de uma investigação da natureza da crônica e da análise documentária em suas fases constituintes foi analisada a representação da informação, no processamento documental da coleção de crônicas de Carlos Drummond de Andrade publicadas no Jornal do Brasil, efetuada em uma unidade de informação especializada. Desse modo, foi buscada fundamentação teórica e metodológica para o tratamento de crônicas jornalísticas, a fim de aprimorar sua análise documentária e o atendimento aos usuários. Abstract The impact of new technologies on the processes of scientific communication has been generating new needs of investigation on the documental processing. In the research field of Literature and History, the information systems do not meet the needs of the increasing and more specific demand. The chronicle has great importance for research under several aspects, also for its thematic. However, its analysis can be a complex matter, because it's not possible to propose a simple textual analysis for the chronicle, which demands an integral documentary reading. Starting from literature revision, from an investigation of the nature of chronicle and the documentary analysis in its constituent phases, the information representation in the documental processing of Carlos Drummond de Andrade's chronicles collection, published in the Jornal do Brasil, made in a unit of specialized information, has been analyzed. Thus, theoretical and methodological fundamentation is sought for the treatment of journalistic chronicles, in order to improve its documentary analysis and the assistance to users.

The  mission,  vision,  and  philosophy  of  the institution  serve  as  a  guide  for  creating  objectives  and goals of the organization, thus providing a road-map that is  to  be  followed  by  everyone.  This  study  was  conducted to  gather  empirical  data  relative  to  philosophy  and objectives  as  a  key  result  area  of  program  accreditation for  the  graduate  school  of  the  College;  to  document  and analyze  the  strengths  under  the  KRA  as  consolidated and institutional  affirmation  for  sustainability;  to  identify  the areas  for  improvement  and  corresponding  institutional action  taken;  and  to  deduce  relevant  information  and data  towards  developing  strategic  plans  for  the  KRAs towards  institutional  sustainability.  The  philosophy statement of the institution  was clear and cascaded down the  objectives  of  the  programs  and  courses  offered reflecting  national  and  global  development  goals  as  well as  the  desirable  Filipino  cultural  values,  and  to  hone leadership  and  research  skills  of  students.  There  was  a trimestral  subscription  to  the VMGO  of  the College  and  of the  graduate  school  among  the  faculty  of  the  graduate school.  Regular  orientation  and  consultation  meetings were  conducted  among  stakeholders.  Holistic development  of  student  was  fully  integrated.  The identified  strengths  were  fully  sustained,  and  the opportunities  for  improvement  were  fully  complied  with. The  result  of  the  study  could  be  translated  through  a journal  article  for  international  publications  for  the continuous  improvement  of  the  graduate  program towards  institutional  sustainability  that  could  increase the  interest  of  prospective  graduate  school  students  and professionals  in  choosing  the  graduate  school.

The teachers and the quality of their instruction are always the prime concern in education. Thus, this study aimed to find the level of teaching proficiency and performance of pre-service teachers. The descriptive method of research was used with 200 pre-service teachers and their respective cooperating teachers as respondents. The researcher used frequency and percentage in determining the respondents' profiles, and T-test and ANOVA, to show the significant difference for the respondent's profile and teaching proficiency and performance. Based on the findings, the cooperating teachers were 43 years old, with different areas of specialization, with MA units and with 15 years in service. The pre-service teacher-respondents were 22 years old, and most were females. The teaching proficiency of the pre-service teachers was described as outstanding with content as the highest; meanwhile, the lowest was on questioning skills. The teaching performance of the pre-service teachers was excellent with the highest mean on work attitude, followed by competence, and last on punctuality. There was no significant difference in the level of teaching proficiency and teaching performance of the pre-service teachers when grouped according to their profile. The pre-service teachers must develop techniques on how to ask provoking questions to their learners and the value of punctuality since it is a sign of professionalism.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2008-2015 yılları arasında sınıf yönetimi konusunda yapılan tezlerin incelenmesidir. Bu
amaçla Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi Veri Tabanı’nda bu yıllar arasında yapılan sınıf yönetimi konusundaki
lisansüstü tezler doküman incelemesi yoluyla incelenmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, daha önceden geliştirilen ve
araştırmacılar tarafından tekrar düzenlenen ‘Tez İnceleme Formu’ kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları yüzde ve frekans
değerleriyle sayısallaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, yapılan tarama sonucunda ulaşılan tezler; üniversitelerine,
türlerine (yüksek lisans, doktora), yapıldığı yıllara, tezde tartışma yorum sonuç ve önerilere yer verilip verilmediğine,
kullanılan araştırma yöntemine, kullanılan veri toplama araçlarına, örneklemin hangi gruplardan oluştuğuna bakılarak
numaralandırılıp kodlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; tezlerin üniversitelere göre dağılımına bakıldığında, en çok Yeditepe
(%17) ve Gazi (%12) üniversitelerinde sınıf yönetimi konusunda tez yazıldığı; tezlerin türlerine (yüksek lisans-doktora) göre
dağılımına bakıldığında, büyük bir kısmının (%87) yüksek lisans tezi olduğu; tezlerin yıllara göre dağılımına bakıldığında en
çok 2010 (%20) ve 2014 (%16) yıllarında tezlerin yazıldığı; tezlerde tartışma ve yorum kısımlarına yer verilme durumlarına
göre dağılımına bakıldığında %90 oranında bu bölümlere yer verildiği; tezlerde sonuç ve öneriler kısımlarına yer verilme
durumlarına göre dağılımına bakıldığında tüm tezlerde bu bölümlere yer verildiği; tezlerin araştırma yöntemlerine göre
dağılımına bakıldığında karma (%43) ve nicel (%43) araştırmaların yoğunlukta olduğu; yapılan tezlerde kullanılan veri
toplama araçlarına göre dağılımına bakıldığında en çok anket (%48) kullanıldığı; yapılan tezlerin örneklem gruplarına göre
dağılımına bakıldığında en çok öğretmenler (%35) üzerinde araştırma yapıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the dissertations on classroom management between 2008-2015 in
Turkey. The dissertations uploaded on Council of Turkish Higher Education's National Dissertations Center
database about classroom management between the aforementioned years are analyzed through document analysis.
"Dissertation Review Form" which is developed and re-organized by researchers is used as a data collection tool. The
findings are presented as frequencies and percentages and comments are based on them. The dissertations are coded and
numbered in terms of university, type (M.A or PhD dissertation), year,methodology, data instruments,sample and whether
having discussion, comments,results and suggestions part. According to the findings Yeditepe University has the most
dissertations on classroom management (%17) and following Gazi University (%12). The most of the dissertations are M.A.
dissertations (%87). The year 2010 is the first year during which the most dissertations are written (%20) and 2014 is the
second year with %16 .%90 of the dissertations has the discussion and comments part and all of the dissertations has results
and recommendations part as well. %43 of the dissertations has mixed method and %43 are conducted with a quantitaive
method. Questionnaires are found to be the most common data collection instrument ( %48). Teachers (%35) are found to be
the most common sampling group which the analyzed dissertations focused.

The use of video analysis in Design-Based Research (DBR) seems
to be promising, because the quality of video data matches the reality of educational fields. Educational fields are multidimensional and complex. And more than other types of data, video may capture, for example, the simultaneity of verbal and non-verbal interactions. This seems to be valuable in the quest for new insights and better designs of educational interventions. However, to date there has been limited use of video data in researching their design. This paper aims at reflecting how the benefits of video-based analysis may be utilised in DBR. Experiences with the collection and analysis of video data in a project to design
self-organised learning (SOL) at a vocational school in Germany will be used as a case study to illustrate the type of findings that may feed into the DBR process. In this case, the project school had already introduced a sophisticated SOL model but was experiencing various implementation difficulties. Resolving issues like
this requires insights into how exactly a concept is realised and what happens in the field. Therefore, video data on classroom interactions was gathered and sub-sequently analysed using the documentary method. This led to the reconstruction of two different types of orientation that were guiding the students when they dealt with their self organised learning environment. In a subversive orientation, students playfully infiltrate the formal learning space with peer activities. In a confirming orientation, students stick to both, the (informal) rules of the (formal) learning arrangement and of the peer environment, thus expressing respect for the boundary between these two worlds. These findingshave been used to redesign the SOL intervention.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2000–2009 yılları arasında Türkiye’de matematik eğitimi alanında yapılan araştırmaları incelemek ve son yıllarda yapılan matematik eğitimi araştırmalarının genel çerçevesini çizmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Hacettepe
Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi (HUEFD), The Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology (TOJET), Kuram ve Uygulamada Eğitim Bilimleri (KUYEB) ve Eurasian Journal of Educational Research (EJER) dergilerinde yayınlanan makale çalışmaları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada 153 makale incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışmaların çoğunluğunun araştırma başlıkları bazında duyuşsal boyut konularında yapıldığı görülmektedir. Matematik konuları bazında ise cebir konuların daha fazla çalışıldığı görülmektedir. Araştırmada genel olarak matematik eğitimi araştırmalarının artması gerektiği, örneklem dağılımlarının daha çok başlık
kapsaması gerektiği önerilmektedir.

The Saudi English language education has experienced a continuous process of reform and revision. Recently, the Saudi English Language Curriculum (SELC) has been introduced to the research and practice community. The lack of research investigating language policies in the Saudi context is where the current study situates itself. Thus, a qualitative documentary analysis was carried out to study the document. The findings suggest that the newly reformed curriculum recognises the new global status of the English language, though implicitly. However, this recognition of English as a global language is not reflected in the desired practices. The native-speaker model seems to be the one that SELC has adopted. This is shown in the use of CEFR as the assessment reference of grading and in the traditional teaching approach. Regarding culture depiction in SELC, there was an emphasis on the role of culture in language education. The local culture (source) has received a considerable amount of attention in the form of topics relevant to Saudi Islamic culture yet the understanding of the notion of culture was still that of a traditional one. A number of research implications and limitations are reported in the conclusion of this paper.

El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el estado de la investigación académica sobre TIC en educación superior durante el periodo 2005-2015, a través del análisis de artículos divulgados en publicaciones incluidas en el Índice de Revistas Mexicanas de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (Conacyt). Para la búsqueda y selección de los artículos potencialmente relevantes se definieron unos criterios de inclusión y exclusión y se diseñó una ficha de recolección para facilitar su registro y análisis. Los resultados muestran que las publicaciones sobre TIC en educación superior no han crecido al mismo ritmo que las experiencias que se han venido realizando en los últimos años y que prevalecen los estudios de tipo descriptivo o exploratorio lo que dificulta la generalización de los hallazgos reportados.
The purpose of this paper is to present the State of academic research on ICT in higher education during the period 2005-2015 through the analysis of items reported in publications inclunding in the Index of Mexican Journals of Scientific and Technological Research of the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt). Inclusion and exclusion criteria were defined for the search and selection of potentially relevant articles and a collection form was designed to facilitate its registration and analysis. The results show that the publications on ICT in higher education have not grown at the same rate as the experiences that have been made in recent years, and type descriptive or exploratory studies prevail which makes the generalize the reported findings.

The legalization and institutionalization of the surveillance of the digital information of the Brazilian citizens
has been promoted by interests of Protestant political groups that argue ideas of faith and morality in draft
laws that promote new forms of Internet control. Since 2015, different bills have threatened the right to
privacy and freedom of expression in digital communications, guaranteed by Act No. 12.965, of April 23,
2014 (Civil Internet Framework). The present research analyzes the critical points of the projects of law
of control of Internet promoted by evangelical politicians and justified in moral arguments of protection
of children and adolescents. The present article establishes a theoretical dialogue with the postulates of
Manuel Castells in an attempt to demystify the arguments in favor of the control and uses a qualitative
investigation by means of a survey and analysis of content of the bills of laws that still are processed in
the National Brazilian Congress. It is evident that the current draft legislation establishes fruitful threats to
the guiding principles, guarantees, rights and duties for the use of the Internet in Brazil, camouflaged in
moralistic narratives and dissonant and interested arguments of Law No. 12,965, leading to the understanding
that there are eminent possibilities of expanding the control and monitoring of the information
consumed and produced by Brazilian Internet users.
