The jubilee of the reconvening of the Carniola Landtag is directly linked to the jubilee of the pedagogue, researcher and person of the professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana. He devoted his life to the discovery of legal archetypes. Two hundred years of reissue of constitutionality in Carniola is from the constitutionality perspective also an archetype. The constitutional charter is at one view the continuity of regulation, at the other a new understanding of constitutional relations. Monarch restores the old order with new element, retains all power, and at the same time transfers part of the powers with the strong supervisory function of Gubernium to the States (nobility). He recognizes States’ (nobility) autonomy and builds on it the relationships that can be valued both from the perspective of the monarch and from the viewpoint of the nobles. The archive of the nobility register provides a sample understanding of one and the other moment, but only as a predecessor and a challenge to the researchers of the Carniolan nobility organization after 1818.
