Soft skills training has become a very common practice in India and abroad in recent time, especially with the acceleration of globalization process. The present paper attempts to trace the necessity of soft skills training in Indian perspectives. The the growth of modern education system during the period of colonization has been discussed that as it was the foundation upon which all the modern education systems and its concomitant problems stand. A close study of Indian history is carried out as it forms the back ground of an indigenous and a well-established system of education. The gurukuls and ashramas were the focal centres of education in ancient India. Lord Macaulay's charter on Indian education changed the face, which we still carry forward. The case studies and knowledge papers have been analysed to trace the different parameters for soft skills. The practical modules and its methodology that are being practised are elucidated. The difference of soft and hard skills are elucidated and the skills gap discussed for a balanced education that can inculcate right values for the youth to fit into global community for greater good and welfare of many.

Using a dual neurocognitive systems framework, Piaget’s ideas are elaborated to allow for executive processes and post formal thinking. Developing imagination, emotional expression, and creativity through the ‘arts’ should not be seen as educational luxuries that are to be argued for in terms of philosophical ideals, rather, they should be seen as important for mental health, and essential aspects of nurturing the psyche in accordance with its evolving biological nature.

The history of establishment and development of Muhammadiyah educational institution, beside to produce educated elites who are able to be social figure and able to compete western education (Dutch), it is also intended to empower poverty. It is a pity, the rapid development of Muhammadiyah education isn't balanced by professional management. The organizational management tends to be traditional; it couldn't accommodate meaningful penetration for the sake Muhammadiyah's interest. Its fact influenced toward shifting of orientation to fulfill pragmatic and short term needs. Therefore, the leading is needed to avoid Muhammadiyah education from splitting away its idealism and the history of caring poverty.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and explore the various factors responsible for aggressive behavior and increasing demands of luxury goods among modern era youth. Youth is a period of transition from the dependence of childhood to adulthood’s independence. This transition to adulthood is quite challenging in this era as it is accompanied by many threats for the well being and social functioning of the youth. Among the so many threats we will study only about the increasing aggressive behavior and luxury demands of youth.

Modern education today, some argue, easily integrates and adjusts to new technological
developments through fl exible curricula in the areas where these developments are taking
place such as in the field of information technology or in the widespread use of the Internet.
However, modern education can be criticized for ignoring or failing to lead societies
toward a more humane future in the face of massive social and ecological changes.
When it decides to encounter those social problems, the solutions that modern education
procures are usually based on a fragmented or reductionist mindset that insulates them
from many of the factors generating these problems and their interconnections. Th is article
aims to examine the basic philosophical assumptions that have shaped the modern
learning and educational systems and how the split between facts and values occurred.
How well is modern education dealing with modern problems – the crisis of family and
community, the worsening situation of civic culture and understanding, malpractice in
many financial arenas of the world, global warming and dramatic ecological change across
the planet, and etc.? Because the animating ideas behind the models of modern education
are so strongly shaped by the infl uence of positivist knowledge and science, they are often
inadequate where these issues are concerned because their basic assumptions regarding
fundamental and ontological questions which foster students’ inner worlds leave no space
for the realm of values. I also more broadly discuss the

Imaging the morphology of the tissue in vivo and producing the correspondent elemental maps, whether in major, minor, or trace concentrations in real-time can be done using a focused beam of accelerated particles. This can be accomplished using different ion beam techniques simultaneously such as Scanning transmission ion microscopy (STIM), secondary electron imaging (SEI), Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS), and particle induced X-ray emission (PIXE). The results are fully quantitative. The experimental set-up including focusing, scanning and detection systems, is often called Nuclear Microprobe, or, if the projectiles are protons, Proton Microprobe. This paper deals with the basic principles of proton microprobe, including data processing and imaging. Considerations for specimen preparation requirements and for interpretation of results are focused. Examples of applications to biology and to human health problems are given.

ABSTRACT: The continuation of the social and physical environment that will support all aspects of the development of schoolage children is carried out with the design of educational structures. Education systems play an important role in the proper design and effective implementation of these structures. Dewey, Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia approaches are among the leading alternative education systems in the world. The Reggio Emilia approach, which is the subject of this article, is an educational system that allows the learner to be transformed and developed by the learner and emphasizes the role of the physical environment placed in the position of a third teacher. In the forefront of art activities, the focus is on how the products produced individually or as a group are formed rather than what they are. Reggio, which does not include standard accreditation processes and certified teacher programs is an education system that is not formal model, nurtured and adaptable to the culture of the place. In the educational institutions designed with this method, the creation of common and flexible spaces by arranging the interior and exterior spaces together takes the first place in planning. In the structures formed from functionality rather than form, the relationship between settlement, bearing system, façade and garden is examined by considering the location. Classes, workshops and in-school circulation areas are supportive space equipment in the student-teacher relationship with material and color selection. Within this framework, where each learning environment is thought to be contextually and culturally peculiar to the place, in the design of school buildings located in different regions and climatic conditions of the world and providing education with the Reggio Emilia system, the reflections of the approaches on spatial fiction and then the development of individuals are examined in this study.
