Introduction: The study aims to test the influence of service quality and trust in consultant on the performance of the project management consultant in UAE's executive council.
Methodology: Quantitative approach was implemented by using a self-administrative questionnaire to examine the study hypotheses. SPSS and smart PLS3 were employed to analyse the study's data.
Result and Discussion: The finding showed that service quality predicts PMC performance and consultant trust significantly. The results also showed that the association between consultant trust and PMC output is significant. Furthermore, trust in consultant mediates the relation between service quality and performance of PMC.
Conclusion and Recommendation: The research provides theoretical and empirical implication.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships between B2B SERVQUAL, top management support and project management consultant performance in United Arab Emirates executive council. This followed the quantitative research design as developed self-administrative questionnaire to collect data from UAE executive council staff. This study revealed the findings as follows: (1) B2B SERVQUAL significantly predicts PMC performance and top management support; (2) top management support significantly mediates between B2B SERVQUAL and PMC performance; (3) finally, top management support positive and significantly effects on PMC performance.
