SCM Modelling

This paper examines the process of achieving environmental sustainability through recycling of textile wastes. It is
organized as a review and editorial article, relating relevant research regarding sustainable development and recycling
of textile waste, and outlining economic, environmental and social implications and suggested future actions. The
recycling of textile waste can serve as a mean of providing solutions to financial, environmental and social problems
such as high cost of waste disposal, and diminution of natural resources, create workplaces, opening opportunities for
SMEs. The benefits and problems of this exercise are also highlighted. The conclusion drawn is that the recycling of
waste brings benefits to all three aspects that define sustainability: economic, social and environmental, especially in
solving the numerous ecological problems and boosting new economy sectors, but there are also negative aspects too.
To quantify the potential ecological benefits, the economic and social effects of textile waste recycling, the paper
proposes a framework model which makes tradeoff between costs of reverse network for textile waste establishing and
operating, and its effects on the employment increase, and resold wearable textiles earnings. The main limit of the
presented model is the fact that it is based on the premise that there is already a collecting infrastructure and a
market for the recycled products. But, in Romania the textile waste collecting, especially the post-consumer one still
remains an unsolved problem. In the conclusions, the paper presents several proposals whose solutions represent
future research directions.

Purpose-the purpose of the paper is to set up a method of retail trade area analysis using multiple variables modeling at a residential zone. Research methodology-system analysis; regression analysis; correlation analysis; simulating; urban characteristics analysis. Findings-retail trade area analysis using multiple variables modeling at residential zone based on the proposed method is performed by directly processing and analysing data in a separate zone. Research limitations-the obtained results can be used for data variation range of conducted experiment. Practical implications-the proposed method makes some adjustments in estimating the limits of the trade area, specifying it with the help of the non-linearity factor and area slope, thereby changing the shape of the circle into a complex figure, depending on the geographical landscape and the structure of the roads. Implementation is made for one of the consumer's zone in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The results allowed to adjust the trade zone, which in fact reduced it twice. Originality/Value-the probabilities of visiting retailers have been calculated according to the developed model considering surrounding limitation. In such conditions, the analysis of the consumer market and identification of the trade zone of the retailers is one of the forms to improving the efficiency of the retailer functioning.

When exposed to high temperatures, the structural members and frames have their bearing capacity compromised because the physical characteristics and material resistance used in the structures deteriorate during exposure to fire, resulting in a considerable loss of strength and stiffness. In this context, the present work carries out a whole thermomechanical analysis of steel members and frames using the Finite Element Method (FEM) inelastic formulation based on the Refined Plastic Hinge Method (RPHM) coupled with the Strain Compatibility Method (SCM). The use of SCM allows for a more realistic analysis against the design codes prescriptions. So even under high temperatures, SCM is used for both evaluation of bearing capacity and stiffness parameters. To do this, the steel behavior used in the structure numerical modeling must be described in a consistent manner through its constitutive relationship. A comparison of the results obtained here with the numerical and experimental results available in the literature suggest the effectiveness of coupling SCM/RPHM and that such a methodology can provide reliable analyses of steel members and frames subjected to high temperatures.

ABSTRAK Supply Chain Management merupakan salah satu konsep manajemen yang sangat dibutuhkan yang dapat menunjang kegiatan manufaktur pada perusahaan. Setiap proses bisnis internal perusahaan dalam hal ini proses produksi barang membutuhkan penanganan khusus. Proses pembuatan produk dari awal sampai akhirnya menjadi produk yang dapat dijual, sangat membutuhkan proses yang panjang dan waktu yang lama. Proses demi proses yang dilalui kadangkala menghadapi kendala dan masalah. Sehingga proses tersebut menjadi sorotan khusus bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk penanganannya. PT Argo Pantes Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri tekstil yang menyediakan produk berupa kapas, benang dan kain. Konsep SCM dibutuhkan dalam membantu mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada pada PT Argo Pantes Tbk dengan memaparkan masing-masing bagian dari setiap rantai proses manufaktur pada perusahan tersebut, sampai ditemukannya bagian atau titik yang cukup penting dalam kegiatan manufaktur perusahaan tersebut, yaitu proses produksi. Perencanaan produksi merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan manufaktur yang meliputi pemenuhan permintaan produksi. Selama ini proses pemenuhan permintaan bahan baku produksi yang berupa benang, permintaan sparepart untuk mesin-mesin produksi pada perusahaan tersebut masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan hasil produksi. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dibutuhkan konsep manajemen produksi yang efektif dan efisien dalam rantai suplai perusahaan. Pembuatan rancangan sistem berbasis web sangat diperlukan untuk keperluan integrasi sistem dengan sistem lainnya. Dengan demikian penggunaan konsep Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web ini dapat menjawab semua permasalahan yang ada dalam rantai produksi pada perusahaan tersebut. PENDAHULUAN E-SCM (Electronic Supply Chain Management) muncul sebagai suatu alternatif baru dari pengembangan konvensionalnya dalam mengkoordiasikan aktivitas suplai antara supplier, proses internal sampai pada konsumen akhir. Dengan adanya e-SCM, segala fungsi serta proses kerja menjadi lebih mudah dan dapat mengurangi waktu proses sehingga menjadi lebih cepat, efisien dan efektif. E-SCM menggunakan jaringan aplikasi yang mendukung semua proses operasional dari pengadaan bahan baku, pengolahan menjadi barang jadi, pertukaran arus informasi maupun arus fisik berupa barang maupun keuangan dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet, intranet, ekstranet yang memungkinkan mengakses bagian internal maupun eksternal perusahaan secara online dan realtime[5]. PT Argo Pantes Tbk, yang berlokasi di kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu perindustrian yang bergerak di bidang tekstil. Industri yang memproduksi bahan baku kapas menjadi benang lalu benang diolah menjadi kain. Kegiatan produksi yang tepat waktu sangat diperlukan. Namun saat ini proses pengadaan bahan baku yang lambat karena perhitungan bahan baku yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan, banyaknya mesin-mesin yang tidak berfungsi karena proses permintaan sparepart yang lambat, dan kurangnya komunikasi antar bagian. Dengan demikian diperlukan pendekatan Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web pada Departemen Weaving I yang meliputi sub bagian persiapan, maintenance mesin pada PT Argo Pantes Tbk. Agar dapat melakukan proses produksi tepat pada waktunya serta membantu arus pertukaran infomasi. Ruang Lingkup Penelitian adalah : Pada PT Argo Pantes Tbk terdapat ruang lingkup yang luas sehingga untuk mendukung Supply Chain

The purpose of this study is a clarification of changes in supply chain management (SCM) in public organizations and the nature of change management (CM). The paper also examines and demonstrate the trust of influencing CM in technology adoption in Bangladesh public organizations. The aim of this paper is, consequently, to identify precarious success factors for CM. Also, it focuses on the adoption of technology such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), highlighted the need to broaden the scope of theoretical mechanisms. Besides this, research obtained the empirical data necessary to validate the theoretical framework. Therefore, a total of 460 self-administered questionnaires was used to derive public sector responses in Bangladesh in their perceptions of trust and aspects of change management. In addition, this study provides an outline of FC in TA projects is recognized based on the literature review and empirical evidence. This study will enhance the service and management of the public organization through technology adoption. Besides that, it will provide the factors influential in quality service for a public organization. Finally, it introduces a framework base on TAM theory. This paper concludes with an elaboration of previous work, framework and contributions as well as the stream of future research.

To make a policy and decision for an appropriate set of optimizer algorithms is an important and controversial issue. It is significant especially when we want to consider more than a single objective and have to use multi-objective applications. The aim of this paper is to consider procedural fuzzy approximate reasoning to infer which one of the Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithms (MOEAs) could play a role in the suitable set as prevalent tool. The proposed procedure is put into practice for an invented bi-objective programming in the supply chain and three numbers of similar applications from the same family, i.e. NSGA-II, NRGA, and PESA-II are deployed.
