Barang yang ada d etalase toko retail adalah hasil dari proses panjang dari bahan baku, produksi, dan distribusi. Banyak unsur yang terlibat sehingga membentuk sebuah rantai. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dari suatu barang perlu manajemen yang handal. Dalam hal ini bisa dibuat sebuah system management yang disebut Supply Chain Management.

ABSTRACT Many regulators, rating agencies, executives and academics have advocated a new approach to risk management: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). ERM proposes the integrated management of all the risks an organization faces, which inherently requires alignment of risk management with corporate governance and strategy. Academic research on ERM is still in its infancy, with articles largely in accounting and finance journals but rarely in management journals. We argue that ERM offers an important new research domain for management scholars. A critical review of ERM research allows us to identify limitations and gaps that management scholars are best equipped to address. This paper not only identifies how management scholars can contribute to ERM research, but also points out why ERM research (and practice) needs management research for its development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh profitabilitas, intangible asset, dan manajemen risiko terhadap nilai perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bei periode 2015 – 2017. Peneltian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan populasi seluruh perusahaan property dan real estate di BEI tahun 2015 – 2017.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode purposive sampling dimana didapat secara keseluruhan 84 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis pada tingkat signifikasi 5%. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Profitabiitas yang diproksi dengan RNOA tidak berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara intangible asset dan pengungkapan manajemen risiko berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Tulisan ini berpendapat untuk kembali ke dasar dimana kita memasuki era milenium. Tulisan ini berpendapat bahwa bidang sistem informasi seharusnya tidak lagi terganggu dari lokus kepriharinan dan kompetensi atau mengklaim lebih dari apa yang dapat dicapai. Lebih khususnya, seperti kasus dimana kita menjauhkan diri berkemampuan manajemen pengetahuan IT baik dalam teori maupun praktek. Kita melihat manajemen pengetahuan sebagai mode terbaru yang bertahan dalam jangka panjang yang dianut oleh komunitas/masyarakat sistem informasi yang menawarkan sedikit keuntungan. Sebaliknya kami berpendapat untuk memfokuskan kembali perhatian kita kepada manajemen data karena IT memproses data bukan informasi ataupun pengetahuan. Dengan demikian kita mengembangkan sebuah model yang menyediakan cara tentatif yang membedakan antara istilah-istilah ini. Model ini juga membentuk sebuah dasar penelitian empiris yang dirancang untuk menguji efektivitas argumen kita dalam sejumlah kasus perusahaan saat ini yang menerapkan ERP dan Sistem manajemen.

We propose an extension to the inflation targeting regime currently pursued by Poland. It incorporates the exchange rate stability constraints as imposed by the obligatory participation in the ERM2 that Poland needs to satisfy prior to adopting the euro. The modified policy is based on the forward-looking inflation targeting supplemented with the exchange rate stability objective. Its effective implementation depends on the determined long-term equilibrium exchange rate and the observed degree of exchange rate volatility. Despite the great importance and final success of the convergence process that led to the establishment of the European Monetary Union, there is no clear agreement regarding the monetary policy pursued in the member countries during the convergence process. This paper contributes to the literature with an empirical analysis of the period from 1993 to 1998 that encompasses eleven EMU countries. In particular, Taylor type interest rate rules are estimated with monthly national data to find that, despite certain similarities and exceptions, the rule followed by each country is distinct and differs substantially from the standard Taylor rule. However, for most countries, the parameter estimates reflect the principles proclaimed by the monetary policy authorities and, in addition, it is shown that in most cases the estimated rules reproduce the policy setting quite closely.
