IZVORI STRESA KOD PREDŠKOLSKIH ODGAJATELJA

Sažetak
Stres odgajatelja je već neko vrijeme predmet istraživanja u svijetu. Nastavnička profesija se, kako vrijeme odmiče, smatra sve stresnijom. Društvena zbivanja, socijalna situacija, ekonomska kriza u velikoj mjeri utiču na izvore stresa, ali i na percipiranje stresa, pa tako i na način reagiranja osobe u stresnoj situaciji.
Cilj ovog istraživanja je napraviti uvid u izvore stresa bosanskohercegovačkih odgajatelja, koji su pod posebnim okolnostima, obzirom na nefunkcionalnost države s jedne strane, a s druge strane na postavljanje sve većih zahtijeva od strane sistema. Poseban problem predstavlja i opća društvena kriza, koja se često naziva kriza vrijednosti ili morala, koja na posebno nisko mjesto u sistemu vrijednosti stavlja predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje, te poziciju odgajatelja.
Korišteni instrumentarij je TSI (teacher stress inventori) – preveden za potrebe ovog istraživanja, kao i skala stresora, gdje odgajatelji sami navode i ocjenjuju u kojoj mjeri je svaki od tih stresora stresogen sam po sebi. Uzorak sačinjavaju odgajatelji privatnih i državnih vrtića u Sarajevu i Zenici.
Bosanskohercegovački odgajatelji, kako pokazuju rezultati, nisu u tako nezavidnom položaju, kao što se očekivalo. Na skali stresa nisu visoko pozicionirani. Kao značajni stresori navode se: nedostatak didaktičkog materijala, problemi sa roditeljima, male plaće i inkluzija bez podrške. Od nezavisnih varijabli značajne su školska sprema, duljina radnog staža, a djelimično karakter vrtića (privatni/državni), također, djelimično veličina grupe i uzrasna dob grupe.

ORIGINS OF STRESS OF  PRESCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract
Teacher stress has recently been a subject of numerous researches. Teacher profession, as the time passes, is becoming more and more stressful. Social circumstances, economic crises impact on teacher personality as a stressor, it impacts on perception of stress, as well as on the way of reaction.
The aim of this research is to make an insight in the sources of stress of Bosnian preschool teachers, who are under special circumstances, considering nonfuncionality of state system, and the demands towards teachers which are becoming higher and higher. There is the problem of general economic crises in the world, and especially moral crises, which puts common values  low, and especially the position of preschool teacher.
Used instruments are TSI (teacher stress inventory) – adjusted for this research, and questionnaire of stressors, on which teachers write and asses the level of stressors. Teacher from public and private kindergartens from Zenica and Sarajevo are in the sample.
The results show that Bosnian preschool teachers are not in such a bad position according to the level of stress, as we expected them to be. On the scale of stress they do not have such a high result. Significant stressors are: the lack of didactical materials, problems with parents, low salaries and the process of inclusion of children with special needs without the support of educational and personal staff. Of all independent variables significant ones are education level of teacher, length of working practice, and partly a character of kindergarten (private/public), and also number of children in a group and the age of children.

The aim of this study is to determine the sources of stress for classroom teacher and branch teachers working in private elementary schools and methods that are used by them in order to cope with the stress. In this research, qualitative and quantitative methods have been used jointly.

After the resolution of Soviet Union, many thousands have come to Turkey, especially from the Asian Turkish Republics known as Turkic Republics for studying. Being in a different social milieu naturally causes some sort of stress. The aim of present study is to investigate the relations between the sources of stress, coping and psychological well-being among Asian Turkish Republics’ students.  Two hundred- thirty-two students were participated (aged 17-36 with a mean 22,44).  While the sources of stress were assessed by a questionnaire developed by researchers, coping styles and psychological well-being were measured by shortened version of “The Ways of Coping” and  “Brief Symptom Inventory” respectively. Some demographic and socio-cultural variables (e.g. sex, income, type of residence) were included the analyses. Statistics revealed that level of perceived stress and coping styles were related to psychological well-being. (e.g. emotional coping styles and high stress level is related more psychological symptoms).  Some suggestions were made in terms of counseling

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of mental fatigue and situational awareness on the cognitive performance of Iranian airline pilots according to the moderating role of sources of stress. The method of the present study was correlation and the statistical population of all male civilian pilots working in Iranian airlines in 2019. 320 pilots participated in the analysis using the convenience sampling method as the main sample. Participants responded to a Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory, Situational Awareness Rating Technique, and Occupational Stress Inventory, and their cognitive performance was assessed based on simulation environment data. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, Bootstrap test and interactive effects diagram. The results showed that stress can moderate the effect of mental fatigue on pilot decision-making performance and the effect of situational awareness on executive attention performance. Based on the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that mental fatigue, situational awareness and sources of stress can interact to predict the cognitive performance of Iranian Airlines pilots.
